Veronica has to rebel while doing the laundry, save game at 08.00 before talking to Claire and keep reloading until she gives you the laundry chore, keep playing and repeating until Veronica rebels.

Of course here my save. Veronica miss 2 stages with maid-outfit and I miss with mom the last stages nude-yoga and oil-massage.

Just keep progressing with Veronica and Mom. They both are hinting to go to the beach on Sunday, so you're going to need 2 weeks to advance them both. When you get to the end of the characters content, everything should be unlocked if you explored all options. You still got a bit to go, don't worry about your achievements right now. You have the 3 achievements done that are locked if you advance too far, so like I said, don't worry about them right now. They will come as you progress the story now.
