Due to the storyline the MC can never meet up with one of his teachers as he moved in with his father when he was 12 and only moved out when he was 20 to move in with Claire and her family and as his father is away chasing European models he would never bump into one of his teachers where he lives

Shame unless there is a convoluted plot that he thinks he spots someone he knows from long ago and far away, has a flashback dream introducing us to a hot but not too milfy teacher, then bumps into the older version on the street, showing that it is her. shes moved to that city and likes to be nude in a club, because why not?

Go into the Flags console, select Ashley and change "scared_at_night_level" to 4. Save your game and send MC to bed; sleeping nude with the door closed.
you need to watch a horror movie so she will come to you in the night and sleeps there. in the morning there happens the new scene

Depends on if you use Wine or Parallels. I'm not a Mac user, but I've updated the installation guide for Mac OS today. Hopefully it will help you.
