i probably did that and i forgot about it. so sorry and thank you and faerin for taking the time to help me with this.

There is not much what I can do for you. You can google and try all sort of recommendation to fix an "access violation" problem. Probably restoring Windows 10 would fix your problem, but it requires a bit of time and a back-up.

when I try to open its asking for to install unity player.dll installed. I did install it and still says the same
