I have executed Diana route, but she has been lost and does not answear to my knoking to her door. She keeps on to appear on icons of the MC apartement as well. Please advise me how to solve this trouble....

I'm afraid your save is corrupt and can't be recovered, try here, there are saves there from version 0.83 onwards

You can actually buy a less annoying one. In fact, I think the game is designed intentionally to make you want do that as soon as possible.

Go into the hallway outside the Lift/elevator at 16:30 you will bump into her
