MotH by Faerin was my introduction to AVN games. Honestly, I couldn't have picked a better game to start with.
In Man Of The House, you are the only man in a house full of women - and are expected to handle your man-business to the best of your abilities. You'll soon figure out the best ways to deal with the women in your household, only to find out there's an entire world outside of the house you are in.
This game is all about time. Certain things happen at certain times and it's up to you what the best time for it is.
You need money, so you will need a job. Jobs come in the form of simple click interactions with customers. But it adds a layer of gameplay that is welcome besides from figuring out what way to unlock the next story progression with any of the given characters. This is not just a click AVN, it will require you to play the game and evolve during it. Buy items from the shop to help you on dates, go collect hidden objects or just run around the city watching random events unfold.
Most if not all of the relationships (safe for some) were interesting and well-written. While they may not have been the most original in the scene, the attention to detail in their responses and mannerisms more than make up for that. The three women in your household are your main concern, but there's.. room to look for distractions outside as well. For fear of spoiling too much, you'll have to figure that out yourself.
Love what Faerin did to this game and all the little details that help build the world. One of the best AVN's with gameplay that streches it beyond an AVN for me.
Definitely recommend this if you're into an immersive game with sexual excitement.

IS there a non-incent patch, I've downloaded the game without the incest patch and it uses "Mother" instead of landlady and sister instead of roommate?

That's correct. The modified mapping file was included in the final release which was accidental.
This is the file you need if you do not want incest content. Just replace the original with this one.

Having some issues here, not sure if it's just me being dumb or if something is wrong. I have the Angel event to visit the office and find out more about A.I.S.A although every time I go there I can't get past reception. I've done the briefcase and already completed that part of the story, however struggling to complete this Angel event.

Are you sure this is the correct save? I'm not seeing any hints mentioning the A.S.I.A Project and Angel is not one of the girls being tracked. In fact, in this save, you've not been introduced to her yet.
