I looked at your savegame and noticed that your special stat (stars) was at 7.
Once I lowered it to 6, the bath scene triggered and the email became available.
This means there could be 2 causes (as far as I can tell):
1. You edited the stats manually/by cheating which messed up the event chain.
2. There is an event for Claire that gives you multiple (at least 2) stars, making it go over the required value.
So if anyone can shed some more light on this, it would be appreciated!
For now, here's the fixed savegame (enter the bathroom).

In my case it was pizza delivery to housewife (0.6.4) (checked it right now)

i think a lot of people are from the old era ^^. but in a porn simulator(?) (you can't say that out loud without laughing XD) you wanna have a realistic way of achieving specific paths. and days of the tentacle is NOT a good example of how to do it right ^^. don't wanna have a gameplay where i have to e.g. freeze a coke in the fridge so a girl will lick on it and get stuck and then i have to find a bunsen burner to get her free. but suddenly an alien abducts her into the very past where she licks on another freezed object and now i have to find something als then a bunsen burner, 'cause it's not developed yet. after i made a campfire she burnt her tongue and can't perform a blowjob so i have to find something to heel her burnt tongue.. and so on and so on. i know, a huge exaggeration, but when i play porn games where i have to be in a room at a VERY SPECIFIC TIME without having at least a hint during a discussion or whatsoever, i feel like playing fucking days of a tentacle, which is so unrealistic in all ways. it doesn't mean that we need an arrow telling us where to go to next, but if some tips and hints could be implemented during conversation, diaries, on shields and notes in homes (e.g. a housework note that tells you when someone has to perform housework). this is the way that would be most pleasing. you discover a lot of stuff and read the story more carefully.
that's at least what i think of it.

I found an error in the Spanish language, because if you played version 6.4 in Spanish and you pass your saved game to the new version 6.5 you will see errors in the game to solve it you have to go back to version 6.4 and choose another language to continue in the new version with your game you had.
