Maybe you can rewards players for proper stat management by giving extra points for doing events with the girls while having the sunglasses mood.

Or the jobs can give extra cash or have a higher success % while having high moods.

But this works backwards. You have to do all the work to get the stats high so when you start to do the tasks to benefit they all go down. Hence the problem of micro managemet. I don't get payed for eating, drinking or taking a bath.
