how do you use the trainer i've downloaded and opened C.E loaded the game opened the trainer and f1 doesnt give me $ *Nevermind started a new game and it works*

it worked for me and i followed the same steps but i am plyanig v0.5.1b version maybe try that?

Why bother with cheat engine or trainers?
All you need to do is go to /AppData/LocalLow/Faerin/Man of the house v#/savegames/ and edit the saves with notepad.

money cheat worked perfectly for me thank you. of course now though I must find a way to save .or get a new phone mine seems to be broken.should have got a samsung i sposeworked fine for episode 5 just not 5.1

The saves are not encrypted. You can edit them with a text editor.
AppData>LocalLow>Faerin>Man of the House>savegames
Search for <DecreasePerHour> for the sleep, hunger, hygiene, and stress and set the number to zero and your stats wont decrease.
You can also edit other stats like body, mind and charisma as well as love stats for npcs.
example:
<Name>hygiene</Name>
<Value>100</Value>
<Max>100</Max>
<DecreasePerHour>0</DecreasePerHour>
<DecreaseTimeOut>90</DecreaseTimeOut>
