Is there any updates to the mom that are worth a playthrough or it is still mostly the sister content?

I'd say no. You can help her do dishes at 19:00 and give her foot massages on the couch at 21:00. She's wearing only a bathrobe, but no nudity. And as far as I can tell, spying on her in the bathroom has been removed as well, perhaps postponed to a later stage of the game where it might make more sense to finally see her naked after trying so long to see under her robe. Both of these award hearts. There are no star milestone events.

A couple things I've found that people are missing:

There is actually a new mom scene, but there's not much there. If you go toward her room at (I believe) 22:00 with enough hearts, you can catch her brushing her hair in her bathrobe and get a couple of dialogue options, but these don't really add to anything at this point, just sort of in-place for a later date. (A good way to get this timing to work is to go take a bath with Ashley at 21:00 or whenever that one procs, then just go to the foyer.)

To get the lingerie in-game with a fresh save, you need to go to the foyer at maybe 22:00 as well after getting far enough into the Ashley storyline, and you can hear Ashley complaining with Mom about how she wants lingerie but Mom says she won't give it to her. Then you can go buy it from the store. (These events are probably backwards. You might need to see this scene before you can get the hair brushing scene, but I don't really know.)

And I don't think Mom shower scene was removed. It should be from 6:30-6:59 if you peep in the bathroom. But maybe I'm misremembering.

Right, spying on Mom in bathrobe in her bedroom was in previous versions. I can see that the dev is putting things in place and laying the groundwork for the Mom and Veronica content.

I agree. Faerin is setting up a lot of future updates. I was looking through the save file and there are so many options available for story progression that you can clearly see, this game is going to be huge. Not just in popularity, but in scale. So many venues for development, and he can add characters as needed. He is quickly becoming one of my favorite Dev's.

Hey guys, the new version is here! As before I really tried to take all your feedback and suggestions
into account, but I have a limited amount of time and can only do so much, so if you feel I've missed
any major issues, please tell me!
The previous version unfortunately contained some big structural flaws, so I had to rewrite a large
portion of the engine. Besides that I tried to focus on adding as much content as I could in the time I
had. But good news: the engine is finished and from now on I will be focussing mostly on new
content, so expect an even bigger increase in events/storylines for v0.5.4.
For now, have fun with the new version, I can't wait to hear your opinion on it!
Note: due to the rewrting, previous savegames are still incompatible with the new version, sorry
about that. I included a 100% savegame for Ashley, for if you don’t feel like starting over (see below).

Added one new event for Ashley, yes THAT one

Added one new event for Mom.
Added a completely new event chain for Veronica!

Gameplay
Rewritten most of the game engine, to speed up future updates.
Added Portuguese (partial translation at the moment) kindly provided by Lucius Logan.
Gave Veronica a makeover, based on your feedback!
Introducing a new location and NPC.
Made save games future proof. Sorry but this will work starting NOW, but not for older
saves, because the engine had to undergo a lot of structural changes again, but...
Included a save game with 100% (up to now) for Ashley, for those that don't want to start
over.
Copy it to: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Faerin\Man of the house V0_5_3\savegames
(If the directory does not exist, start the new game once.)

Fixed a lot of minor bugs and typos. Thanks for all the feedback & bug reports guys!

•Fixed a typo on the pizza delivery time.
•Replaced missing images when spying on your mother.
•Fixed incorrect stat increases.
•Fixed the deodorant description.

•Fixed mom completion percentage.

Keep taking bath with Ashley at 21:00 and watching porn at 22:00. These scenes will change as you gain hearts and stars, and then you'll get the babydoll scene.

It keeps getting better and that's cool.
I like the gameplay and the story, it shows some very promising future updates and give the possibility of flexibles evolutions which quite clever from the Dev !

I got just two things which bothers me, well bother is a bit strong, more make me wondering:

-Despite the cheat mode, i wanted to try without at first, so, is the grinding an artificial way to compensate the lack of content? i know it is still a "young" project so i don't complain about it but i just wondering if it is a real intention to make us spend an hour to achieve new scenes. Repetitive actions can be quite annoying, especially when you can acheive the same result in 2 mns with the cheats. It's the "illusion" of time passed-content which make me wonder.

BUT as i said it is a very good game so far and still young and with a great potential, so it clearly deserve support, way more than somes who got plenty allready.

-Oh, and who the fuck eat at 6PM !!! ok it's a cultural thing and depends of the countries but wtf 6 PM !!

Anyway, can't wait to see the future updates. thanks to the team who works on this.
