save does not work ??????

Yes, the saves work. But if you didn't create a save, then you will need to follow these steps:
Start a new game and as soon as you can access the phone, click on the up arrow.
Look for "auto" in your list and load that.

Once the save is loaded, open the phone again and click on the down arrow. Click "empty slot" and gave your new save a name.
Click the green check mark.

Now, the next time you load the game, you can continue normally.

Do u meet and "make" a "Fitness Babe" in the gym coz w/o her u cannot get 1 heart.

Are you talking about whether I during my work as a Fitness Instructor got 'intimate' with a blonde female client?
Then yes I did. Else I have no clue what you're talking about.
However, on the date w. Veronica I did notice that No heart was given regardless my reactions towards the Blonde at the next table in the restaurant.

Beyond that, I've done following at the Gym:

Met and assisted Sophia. I've seen Veronica and saved her from a d-bag, also trained w. Officer Debby. Even been able to meet the Aunt, finally.

Though the last bit was only made possible after I fiddled with a Game-Save on saveeditonline. Just could not get to the Aunt any other way.

Nope, but figured it would become available, as it is the 'next step' on the Date progression. Had no previous reason to visit the Casino.

Did realize though that I did not get any Hearts regardless my reaction towards the Blonde at the restaurant. Was made aware I need to somehow interact with her at the Gym /Health Club first.
- Just don't know when or how to do so.

Okay firstly you need to travel by train/mass transit you will see a flyer that will open up the Casino on the map, when you are on the date with Veronica ignore the fitness babe and concentrate on Veronica, when you leave the restaurant another option will open up for you The Night is Young and you can take Veronica to the Casino

That did the trick, took the train to a random location and sure enough, Casino got unlocked 'Preciate it . . .
Now if only I could find out when and how to meet the Aunt in the Health Club (without cheating, which I had to do to 'unlock her').

Check the Gym/Health Club .. they are looking for a new masseur; go home and overhear Claire's phone call.. on the next day go back to the gym 12:00 meet Emma and meet her later for coffee.

No cheating needed.. and by cheating you will corrupt your save file. Then you can start all over again.

Fairly sure I have, in spite of all my visits to the Health Club, not come across that titbit of info about the Masseur.
But hey, I find the Game interesting enough for a do-over (sans cheating). Just to figure out all the nuggets eventually.

'Preciate the heads up regarding the save files tho'. Guess some Ero-Games are more sensitive when it comes to creative alterations.

quick question*
i was pretty much at the end of the game and trying to unlock everything
but i have one problem with Amy Gallery and it seems that i've missed 1 picture of her and i don't know where it was cause it is 99% complete at this point and no matter how i interact with her i can't get that one image
is it a bug or anything i could do ?
and also i have every girls stats max and didn't know what is the last one future dreaming is what did i do wrong ? i just followed the walkthrough with no cheats and i'm stuck at the end game
please help

Well, your problems are related. To get the final "dream about your future" you have to find that last picture.

Go into your phone and click the shady guy and hit unlock all memories if the Amy pic is the only one you are missing. alternatively what number pic is it and I can tell you how to get it, if it's still possible

No, Faerin removed MotH from his Patreon since it's not being maintained at the moment (or due to it being released on Steam, I'm not sure which). But he has a Steam link to it from his Patreon though.

So, I am about to finish Claire's quest (almost there 80 love/80 arousal), but no matter what I do to massage her, I cannot get what the walkthrough calls "21:00 – Bedroom giving a massage with oil (with tits) (+5 arousal)". Any clue?

Don't use the walkthrough it is outdated. Use the in-game hint system.

What does the hint tells you to do?
