You can download the game and don't change the mod (Mapping), this way You'll play the landlady route, but I advise waiting for the new version, because there are only a few days left

About ruining the game, is this something that you have recently experienced, or are remembering from earlier versions?
Because this should have been fixed 3-4 versions ago, maxing stats shouldn't be a problem anymore.

-Finish Healthclub Renovations (is it really so difficult to insert that crowbar into plumber's lazy ass and wrench a bit?)
-Fill Healthclub's Bathtubes and Pools with Good-looking females
-Finish Casino Building Project (is it really so difficult to get contact to those ugly uncles with uglier bikes to kick some ass?)
-Hire a bunch of bunnygirls to work as croupiers (stupidier the better to maximize incomes...)
-Open that Bordello in Neighbourhood
-Go and give keys to Aunt so that she and cousins (there have be at least two more now) can finally move to neighbour...
