This is what worked for me I did it
After beating the bully
go to the Sauna and meet Veronica
go have a shower and take the out of order sign from the vending machine
go home and eat 18:00. listen to Mom's conversation
Next day
Go to Gym for 15:00, go to Sauna and put out of order sign on sauna door (click on it in your backpack then click on arrow) enjoy Veronica, then go to Massage room (next door up)

you have to keep working on it, you might just need a few more love, or arousal points to go. Just don.t forget to speak to Amy first. Let her take you in and buy you a beer, then she will go back to work. Right after Veronica will still come up and kiss you telling you to meet her after her shift. the cab ride IS where that scene will unlock brother. Just keep doing it with building her up an riding.. If I remember right, it's dodge first, then hook, followed by counter. then watch how it plays. Don't forget to follow Veronica to the sauna after, do that scene then go to the mens shower and grab out of order sign to keep in your inventory.........Peace!!
