There are no specific requirements, go to the sauna at 16.00 when veronica finishes her workout, and she should appear.

I'm stuck with Veronica Event 7, I talked to Amy, I rewarded her for all chores, but I can't progress.

Yes, the game is one of my favorites. But sorry guys, i must complain the appearance of Claire (Mom) and Ashley (little Sis). Both of them look - in my view - rather dumb and ugly. Especially mom. Her eyes, her hairstyle... she isn’t desirable. Overall, Faerin has a lousy sense with most protagonists of the game. My opinion.

Have you talked to veronica while she is having breakfast at 10.00. You say you have talked to Amy, was that at Neon or at the gym.
Have you watch TV with mom at 21.00, and got the scene with mom and Ashley.
I have talked to Veronica at 10:00, rewarded her for chores, but nothing happens.
Ill try the mom thing.

If you could tell us what achievements are missing for Mom and Veronica
Nevermind, I fixed it with a save.
I think what happened was a bug for me. I skipped the dream, so the whole game bugged.

Mom's pictures 27 is in the bath after you send email with legs open 37 is after you spy and confess then get HJ go straight back in for bonus picture
For Veronica's date have you unlocked the location for the casino and have you got the protein shake for the blond at the gym
Walking the streets at night for the collectable is random and you will need $500

Well... I now have everything except Claire picture 27 and 34.
I guess it is not possible to get them now as the game have progressed.
Your save-file would be very nice...

Open the phone and then open cheat, at the bottom click all memories, this should give you the missing pictures.
Just open with notepad and change MC'S name 4th line, although if you do as @Brian1949 suggests you should get all pictures
