I am too lazy to look up which achievement was 8, but as a guess... have you already opened the door before she goes to club (23:00) and watched her pick up earring, both with and without panties?
to get all scenes, use cheat for money, and to raise or freeze mood. Don't forget to sleep, even tho you may not ever get tired with cheats on. Faerin is trying to catch all the errors/bugs from pushing up the girl's stats, but you WILL miss scenes/dialogue if you do this.
Online courses (general knowledge) up to 15 should be unlocked either from start, or after you agree to help Ashley with her homework (i've always seen them). higher courses are unlocked (just like locations) by in game events- specifically, in this case, by failing to fix Emma's computer problem.
There are only a couple of locations (park, sex shop, casino) that you MIGHT have trouble unlocking before you need to visit (park is currently tied to Veronica, not Angel or Claire advancement; sex shop to Claire, but not Amy; and casino you need to ride public transit), but mostly everything is unlocked naturally by advancing by the time you need to visit.
