I'd use the term "artist" loosely since they do screen recordings of heavily modded Skyrim. I would say 3D porn director/cinematographer yeah that sounds fancy.

Maybe I should start recoding my Skyrim gameplay too I spent hours setting up those mods only to fap to it for 10 minutes at a time
