Easy. Just have a "win" button and a "lose" button. No combat is actually necessary.
Combat in games like Manilla Shaw are stupid and pointless anyways. You want to lose because that's how you get sex scenes to fap to. You get nothing if you win. In other words, get rewarded for losing and punished for winning fights.
