As mentioned there are a lot of things you can't do while you have a baby bump, and vice versa... This game branches sooooo much. One of the reasons it seems so little is added each update because dev has to create content for each branch as well as preg not preg...

Pizza time quest is not familiar to me because I hate Michael and hope Dev will kill him as soon as possible!
Well I did not know he will cheat on the woman. But Yeah he is fairly annoying and as scummy as the woman. Doing a blowjob and such for him - naah!
I found him by the way I just did not see him or he was not there so I had to reset the game.

This is the branchiest game I've ever played... Things can play out in many different ways and previously was more than just a couple text lines difference. However the last several updates seem to be far more straight forward with far less branches considered... keeping track previously was complicated. Lately it's been basically "preg bump or not", "killed blue or not", "with jason, michael or neither", as the major three branches. Been a while since I saw other choices have major impact. Makes it easier for me porting though
So much story can be missed do to having/not having preg bump :/ Can't fathom how he keeps all the branches straight lmao I have a hard enough time and I'm just porting
