It can take as much as 30+ hours to port an rpgm game to renpy especially with a game this size and even then it could be riddled with bugs/crashes.

if i remember correctly,you should win the fight,and then choose to kill him,then he got pissed and banged Manila

chase him down to the park,and win the fight again. win all the fights with him,and in the end,when you finish him. you should choose option to kill him. It should trigger this scene
