Yea, how do you get this scene?

There will be to options on meeting Derek. Accept relationship with Michael and Accept the bribe of J Blue. There will ne a quest whether you talk to Derek or you threaten him. Choose the threat path. Defeat Blood and after that Derek will blackmail you. Accept the blackmail.

Also how do i get the convenience store scene with burke?

Accept J blue's Bribe. Then refuse to pay him and let him touch you when he comes to your house and give him BJ. Complete the quest Jogging II give him BJ. Then a quest will trigger "Anal Pig" you will meet him on his store.
