Exit your house, walk along the road on the leftside of building, see a small park on left on that road, besides the park 2 building are there. 2nd one is gym.

Have you edited Manila's stats values?
Example with saveeditonline.com?

But I had a normal dmg points(150-300)

I have not seen but gallery could be there in renpy port of this game

If you wish to replay only the scenes (without the additional renders for particular scene) just go:
game folder -> www -> movies
