Jason's death leads to the game ending in which Manila is captured, which was created in the previous update. There isn't another ending. I know because I played the ending from the latest update using the save file where Jason dies.

I don't think he will create a remake, but I think he will make a DLC. Personally, I'm hoping for Ren'Py.

You are about to play "Sunday".
Warning:
-> Keep your old saves! <-
- "Guard" (skill) is very important. It reduces damage during the round and gives +10 MP and +10 TP.
- Remember to equip Manila. Check her equipment (Equip).
- Remember that the inventory is shared with all outfits. If you want to transfer equipment from one Manila to another, you have to put it in the inventory and then equip it ("Optimize" and "Clear" can be useful).
- You can show / hide the Arrows Map (indicators to change map).
Press on the keyboard: PageUP = Show Arrows Map; PageDOWN = Hide Arrows Map
- Press "CTRL" (ON / OFF) = you can hide the dialogs temporarily to see the whole picture.
- Press "Space" = the car and the movement of the NPCs becomes faster.
- Press "W" = you can skip the dialogues.
You can change the volume of the sounds in the options menu:

- Two defeat events (Simon and Rose) allow access to the scenes of Manila and her friends' capture, which were played in the previous update. I left the yellow button — which will be removed in the next update — for those who want to play or replay the scene where Manila accepts Simon's offer.
- The defeat during the battle against Red Moon has been changed: now there's a different Bad Ending instead of returning to Manila's inner world.
- Weapon skills cannot all be used at the same time. Only the skills of the last equipped weapon are taken into account (that's how the plugin I'm using works).
- I recommend equipping the new weapon — the Kendatsu Blades — last. They have several skills (one of them is the same as Uncle Sam's military knife and activates in the same way).
- When Manila returns home, make sure to unequip all items before completing the quest (I've also written this in the quest description, like last time).
- Kami Mode III, Shira Mode, and Kuro Mode are stackable abilities. I recommend activating them every round to become increasingly powerful.
