There is an option at the beginning of Episode 2 where you can either enable or disable pregnancy for upcoming episodes and there is also the progress feature for every girl that tells how possible it is for each character to become pregnant. So as far as it has been hinted, that is certainly upcoming thing.

So it's not in the game, i.e fake tag. This isn't even the situation where this happens off-screen, or there are no sex scenes past the point, there straight up is no pregnancy content in the game at the moment. Who the fuck even assigns tags like that, lol.
The game is ok otherwise, but man am I annoyed at this.

Well it’s still pretty important tag since ”the goal” in this VN will be to breed every woman so it would be dumb to leave it out even if the pregancy content is yet still to come.

I understand, but stated intentions are not the same as content being in the game. I mean, when you find a new game, your only real source of information to see if you like it is overview, tags, pictures, and maybe a few thread pages. And if you're looking for something specific, then tags is the first thing you look at. Getting baited by the cases I mentioned above is bad enough, but at least is justifiable, since technically they count. This doesn't.
The reasonable thing would be to just add the tag once the content is in the game tbh.

And then there would be some people getting upset for the tag not being there when the game itself has a lots of pregancy talking and even progress system for it hinting really strongly what the game is about. It’s difficult decision and I understand the frustration, but I still understand why the dev wanted to put the tag in.
Think it's just a case of the rusty wheels squeaking. I, for one, think the new Zoey look is one of the top 3 hottest characters in any porn game I've ever played. Stayed after ep 1 for the potential pregnancy, staying after 2 .01 for Zoey specifically.
