Well it’s still pretty important tag since ”the goal” in this VN will be to breed every woman so it would be dumb to leave it out even if the pregancy content is yet still to come.

I understand, but stated intentions are not the same as content being in the game. I mean, when you find a new game, your only real source of information to see if you like it is overview, tags, pictures, and maybe a few thread pages. And if you're looking for something specific, then tags is the first thing you look at. Getting baited by the cases I mentioned above is bad enough, but at least is justifiable, since technically they count. This doesn't.
The reasonable thing would be to just add the tag once the content is in the game tbh.

And then there would be some people getting upset for the tag not being there when the game itself has a lots of pregancy talking and even progress system for it hinting really strongly what the game is about. It’s difficult decision and I understand the frustration, but I still understand why the dev wanted to put the tag in.
Think it's just a case of the rusty wheels squeaking. I, for one, think the new Zoey look is one of the top 3 hottest characters in any porn game I've ever played. Stayed after ep 1 for the potential pregnancy, staying after 2 .01 for Zoey specifically.

Small update will be launched fast and big one after 2 months I think lost some time since I had to sell my old gpu couldn't acces pc
