i think i was the last one to work with him and can tell you that the nintendo threat scared him so it is unlikely that he will ever release 3.49, we did discuss a reskin, but i haven't heard anything from him since his last message on this forum

it just killed another great game (seriously without NSFW stuff, the game still fun as a goofy parody)
the big corp do not like small indie dev if it does not make them money or so called ruined their rep.
Question so the bypass DMCA couldn't he just slightly change characters and have it so we have to name them and have the default names be something different? And clearly say that it's parody. Then somebody else could make mods to make the characters look more like how they used to? Technically they wouldn't be Nintendo characters. It probably wouldn't work. Seeing as that would take a lot of work almost having to change everything to be slightly different.
You can actually download older version of game and play it on JoiPlay if u want to, but it does not have sound in it and it will lag a bit, depending on what mobile device are u using. I roll my shit on Galaxy S10+. Version of game is:

Woo didnt know dev still alive or part of them. I heard many of DMC Nintendo did soo better save ur skin. The game is not ground breaking too but such a memory like 10 years ago or something. Welp I thinking of clearing this game now since I didnt clear back then avoiding people see me play porn

You need to install Adobe Flash player for your browser and ACTIVATE IT. Chrome have it disabled. Activate it or use other browsers. Download the exe version for the game.

If I remember correctly, people have been using the wayback machine to grab the download page from the adobe site back when it still existed. If you don't feel like doing that, use the .exe version, not the .swf version.

You can use the game swf version and download flash projector.

You don't install Flash Player in current Win 10/11 OS. It's definitely discouraged anywhere you go, too. Instead, you look for the standalone "Projector" versions of those Flash Player versions. There are also further developped current year versions of Flash Player elsewhere, but yeah, Google can elaborate on that. In any case, the safest website to download anything about Flash Player is on archive.org.
I'm installing anything i want to MY COMPUTER. If i want to play something, then i will install it to my computer. No enterprises will tell me what i must do with MY COMPUTER.
