Love the attention to detail:

Also, curious. The patch notes mention that anex slaves will benefit from all household upgrades,
Annex slaves will now enjoy all the benefits from household upgrades.
but this seems rather explicit to just the "active" slaves?
Having a level 3 living room or a level 4 kitchen will now lower Anger and raise Happiness and Affection for your two household slaves. The room effects are cumulative - upgrading both will increase this bonus further.
Kind of confusing.

Kind of confusing.
The lower Anger raise Happiness bonuses were added before the annex merge. So yeah, kinda confusing. :) I'll change the release notes. And just to clarify - the bonuses affect all slaves in your Home (household + annex).

This is a major release with a ton of content. In addition to 145+ new renders (the Tier2+ slave's image archive is now complete, and most of Rebecca's renders are done) you're now able to visit several new jungle locations, fight adult charucks, take a bondage course at Devious Tools and enjoy Rebecca's and Caitlin's fully rendered character quests.

Incidentally, have you thought about adding the ability of owning various properties?

Since the plan seems to have changed from "one-two slave trainer" to "gotta collect 'em all" (personally, my favorite), it might be helpful if there were ways for MC to make money outside of annex assignment. Not only does it add another game progression level (obviously those properties would cost quite a lot more than even a single slave), it would allow keeping a number of slaves in gainful employment even when your annex is full. You could also lower the max capacity of the annex in lieu of expected investment like that.

Personally, I'd love to see the ability to start a new settlement, with overseer positions staffed by loyal slaves, but I'm a sucker for larger-scale management, so would probably mention that even in a beat-em-up side-scroller...

Anyway, thank you for the welcome distraction from things. Wish could support you in a more meaningful way, but not exactly much of a possibility while in the middle of medical bankruptcy.
can i play as female protagonist?
Not right now. Wouldn't mind that option myself, but might not be possible since it'd require double the renders.

The Аnnex still has a capacity of 6, right? Because I saw a post from GD about 0.8.2 Alpha with 8 slots. Or 0.8.2 is not like 0.8.0.2 :unsure::ROFLMAO:?

An additional player home to upgrade. Move to a large mansion in the outskirts and build your own empire by planting fields, tending to forests, and hire troops/workers. But watch out for bandit attacks!
While i like it i also hate the timing...after fully upgrading the old one i get a big one to start from zero...
Now the big question, 4 instead of 2 slaves...can i take all 4 with me to fight the gangs or are 2 stationary home-slaves? Additionally question, are more rooms for slaves planned? I mean, a mansion, 4 slaves, at least 2 of them follow me...there should be enough space and enough to do at home for 10+ especially if some of them teach or learn at the academy...and if there is some space for mercs there should be an option to let them train automatically until the selected perk is maxed out and then teach the slaves in this skill...just a useful suggestion ^^

Oddly enough the slave training part of this slave trainer game was the most tedious and least fun of the entire experience. Once the girl got mad at me for something she just stayed mad no matter what, until I got sick of her shit and started cheating after a week or so. Not ideal.
There's ways to fix that, which girl was it and what were her traits? Once you play a little while and learn the system and what to do the slave training is not nearly as difficult. There's ways to assuage anger and once you know what will set them off it's easy to avoid it. The girls are all different, even between games (due to different traits) so it's endlessly replayable. Plus content is being developed all the time and new features added.

You don't have to sweet talk them, though if you *start* that way, it does go easier in my experience. If you don't, then just break their will, which is not that hard to do, depending on traits.

Try using the setting with the more forgiving die-rolls and choose the options that lower willpower to begin with. There's all sorts of those and thus you can do it many different ways, so break them according to your tastes. I've not tried just hauling them down to the dungeon ('training room'), tying them up and whipping/humiliating them every day until their willpower gets down near zero, but from reading what others do that works as long as you make sure she's fed.

So far, the game's MC is written more or less as a reluctant hero of sorts, so his relationships with the girls are skewed towards being a sweet brute rather than a cut-throat, heartless pimp on the rise. We'll see if addition of the prostitution engine will change the tone of the story. The most optimal approach is to charm them into submission through conversations and activities, then sex which gets progressively rougher with some subtle, supposedly degrading elements (like putting a finger up their butts or telling them to spread'em wide). And then one day, after you've stuck one or two fingers up their butts enough times, you bring them down the dungeon and whip'em... with a cane. And they cum and can't believe what happened and soon enough they can't get enough of bondage and orgasm-inducing whippings. Of course, it's all RPG-style, improve-your-stats, roll-dice determined numbers game, so good luck and make sure you've read all these books on BDSM and influencing others.

See this lies what I perceive as a flaw. They are slaves, you are not supposed to corrupt them, just to break their will. They can obey or revolt, but this is where all stops. It's not a dating simulator, ffs. Walks on the beach? Look at the stars? Go to a dinner with them? Seriously? I repeat, they are not escorts or girlfriends. They are sex-slaves.

Everything is made backwards. In game you are supposed to befriend them then sink them in depravity, when in fact they should see the depravity / prostitution / weird kinks / etc as an escape from sub-human slave condition and embrace it with all their strength. That girl from slave market - the one that costs 8k - have the nerve to put conditions "treat me with respect". I ended up spending my days fighting bandits in town, doing arena and recycling loot. Had no desire spending time with the girls. And I dare say, for a sex-game that's pretty bad.

The game is open-ended enough and gives you much leeway in the way you trait your slaves, you do not even have to touch the romantic routes you described, you can install fear and whip them into sex obedient sluts. You are a slave trainer, you are supposed to break slaves, lower their willpower. You can acquire already broken slaves like Mai lenn or the girl from the sex shop (forgot her name). In the next update, you will be able to put all the girls to prostitute work and hire gangs and be a pimp, if this is your desire.

And all the things you are criticizing are highly desired by patrons. In fact, the last stretch goal that was reached was the Legacy system, where in the future the MC can get a wife, have kids, have servants and more. Turning the game from a mere slave trainer into a semi fledged open world RPG where you can do anything.

IMO if Grimdark vision is truly realized, there will be nothing like Masters of Ranaa in this site. It will be a full fledged RPG with Slave trainer and sim elements. There are multiple cities coming, more areas, you will be able to own lands, shops in different places, slaves, have a wife, build a dynasty, a mini paradox game/crusader kings if you will.

All the things you describe are in the work. Dynamic reactions and faction relationships all will be implemented in time. There is a combat revamp coming, along with an expanded mercenary system and mercenary quests. This will make the game more tactical.

The game is not tame at all, you can hang a girl and leave her in bondage in a dungeon without food or water, and she will eventually starve to death. And you can even check her weight and hunger. Later, you will be able to assign a disobedient girl to be a floor crawler, meaning basically a cumdump for any guy who passes by her.

I would not call breaking the willpower of a slave rebellion leader and selling her back to evil masters as being tame (you can do that if you choose, or you can go the opposite route).

That's not what I meant, I meant that many ideas are being discussed in discord and there is a constant developing of ideas with Grimdark, who is very active and is honestly a work horse. You should join the channel and see for yourself the ideas discussed there.

They're still human though, some approaches are more likely to produce a positive response than others. If you kinda romance a helpless naked slut she might well be more inclined to become attached to you than if you beat her into submission, though both options are available to you.

Why? What makes you think this? While that might be true for some people (and in this game it is--have you not yet corrupted one with the Perverted trait?) it may not hold for the entire population. If anything I'd say the game is more skewed in your preferred direction than one that's more realistic, which is fine for me in an erotic fantasy game.

I wouldn't know for certain because I've no desire to go that route and would count it a tragedy if I did it and quit my game and restart it but there's enough indications that if you just leave her down there in the dungeon and don't feed her she will die. You could probably go down there and whip her hundreds of times or more a day and taunt her while she starves, her skin effectively flayed off by your cane, isn't that enough of brutal end for your tastes?

I suspect you've not figured out just how to get what you want from the game just yet, try using the more forgiving die roll settings and breaking their will first. That ought to make you feel more like the slavemaster you want to be. As you do that keep looking at the die roll numbers to get an idea of which actions are easier with which slaves and traits, this game is intricate but certainly not impossible to master and if you don't like suffering through the failures while you learn you can use that easier die roll setting and later on you won't need it at all.
