I do not think so. Maybe, in 0.8.3.9, there will be a fix that instantly restores the church. Not right now though. You have to cheat them back in.
It's kind of inconsistent. In some cases you'll get a placeholder WIP screen for a girl that doesn't have images rendered. In other cases you'll get a generic render that doesn't match any girl just so you don't have to see a WIP scene. Most of the unique girls (especially the story ones) have a good selection of unique sex renders, but a good example of an exception is the morning BJ scenes. There are a lot of girls (including story girls) that don't have morning BJ scenes, so you'll get placeholder generic scenes instead. The girls that do have them get their own scene of course. The non unique randoms are much more hit or miss. Some of the randoms have few if any sex renders, others have on par with the story girls.

The NPCs in that list have unique portraits (i.e. even if a "scripted random" NPC is completely randomized, you won't find another NPC with that portrait), but that's not consistent with whether or not they have full completed image sets. Some unique NPCs still don't have full sets while some random NPCs do. It's dependent on whoever the paid supporters want to get images for.
Known issue for 0.8.3.8 specifically.
The urchin is random she could come at anytime but you have to let her go three times before she comes to you if you mess it up at all she's gone.
That sounds like a different kind of urchin.
There will be a new annex build type in the yard for 0.8.4 that houses an additional 16-32 NPCs.
Doesn't T4 also contain a lot of extra images and additional events (including characters and their images)?!
T4 includes the MOR Enhanced start, several quests, the debug menu and more options. NO extra images and thats why you only need the html file.
Nope. Images from locked contents are still in the public files. Av14, Miss Dunham, is locked behind tier 2 for example but you can find her Av14 folder when you click inside the Pics folder of your game. Likewise, Stacey McClung's quest renders for the Brother's questline is always in the Pics folder's qpics.
