wow damn u got me thinking about the old versions all over again , back when it was ment to train and sell your slaves not keep them and when they died they were gone forever haha ironman mode was regular XD its came a long way since over 3 years ago when Grim celebrated the Birth of MoR and yeah the earliest versions only had 2 slots now we have like almost 100 lmaoo its great and it just keeps coming and getting better and better , cheers to all supporting and have love for the game. this the tribal warrior from in the middle of the MoR banner haha, i think imma play the old versions for a bit lolSo if you hop onto the discord they'd probably be better able to answer your questions and probs someone here will too, but I'll give a brief answer.
MOR 2 is still several years away iirc. MOR 1 still has several more major versions to go through and features to add that will take another few years to fully complete and add. Having been on this thread since the start I'm going to say that this timeline is still variable as Grim has added a lot compared to the original scope of the game and backer rewards keep coming in.
Which is a pretty good segway to the nextpoint, being that as far as I understand the stories for named NPCs is in a completed state as of this current moment. The game, again, was not intended to be this story driven at the start and very heavily focused on the management aspect of the game (in the early versions we had a maximum of 6 slots for the Kymnato girls and that was it). What we have now is very much a result of Grim listening to player feedback and players - like myself - refusing to sell anyone, and instead choosing to expand to the point the game doesn't have enough housing to fit everyone.
If you look at the game as a whole you can see there's a lot of dedication toward the development of mechanics. The expanded roster of NPCs are there due to the introduction of the random slave system, and not necessarily for the added story content. Whether the stories get further built up or not is something up to Grim, but from what I can tell currently based on the progress list mentioned on the discord there's nothing further to do. Possibly if there's enough popularity behind the idea or a backer pushes for specific characters to have extended stories we could see more, but as of right now the stories are complete.
There is a section of the community dedicated to community works and adding scenarios/flavour text, but I'm not too knowledgable on the subject. Based on past system overhauls I could see the romance/relationship system receiving an overhaul and this community would most likely be a large source of new content aside from what Grim makes himself.
Hopefully we will see more content coming for named NPCs in the future as I would also like to see that myself. Also hoping to get some mods somewhere down the line.
its great to see a veteran talking , cheers manSo if you hop onto the discord they'd probably be better able to answer your questions and probs someone here will too, but I'll give a brief answer.

MoR1 still has at least two years of focused development, most likely more. The sequel currently consists of a very limited CSS framework with a background, most features still being in an "idea stage".I'm hearing references to Masters of Raana 2. How close are we to that? Because much of MoR 1 still feels unfinished. I mean, we got the main questline, but so many characters don't feel fleshed out beyond a level that feels...well, shallow. I'm not intending to minimize the immense amount of work that's gone into refining and adding to this game. I'm only expressing my impression from playing it.
It's like getting characters into the house is the endpoint, not the beginning. All that remains then is to unlock a few "tell me about your background" bits that may unlock a quest or two, but then the rest of the game is just grinding. And as time goes on, you start to recognize the sameness in the text responses you get from different girls at various affection levels. (I know, writing unique dialogue for all the NPCs at every stage would be asking a lot.)
And is MoR 2 going to stay with your character, or have you start the process of building a house up from nothing all over again?
Put them on guard Duty under a capable Captain. And seems pretty normal to me that a 10 years old kid have a low discipline score.how do you increase discipline in children? my wife and nannies have over 100 discipline and the nursery has over 100 discipline, yet when the child turns 18 they all have discipline of 10..... do I have to train (or beat) discipline into them or no?
If you have maxed out Guard Value, he probably won't even try to escape as long as you get his affection as high as it will go (which is 10, but it starts out deep in the negatives). Is the VOID seeker worth it as NPC, is there any way to mitigate those awful traits? First time coming across him. His stats would be wonderful otherwise, and does he have any quests, if you can get past those traits?
Is Mr. Brylock, any good, forgive the spelling? He's much easier than the beast, another Godzilla like Kasey park, but I'm still trying to capture him? Has he got the same awful traits? Beast is too much, I'm not in hulc yet. Not got Black scorpion either as another sword, getting 1 millimetre left on it, annoyingly. I'll find out.If you have maxed out Guard Value, he probably won't even try to escape as long as you get his affection as high as it will go (which is 10, but it starts out deep in the negatives).
Then you can just wait for 100 days for Deadly Enemy to go away, and then get affection up to 60 and wait for another 100 days for Detached to go away.
He does not have any quests, but the quest you're currently on does continue for a while regardless of the Void Seeker. Be warned, there's a really really hard fight coming. Just did it myself, funnily enough.
Just imprison him until deadly enemy goes away and he's a good NPC.Is the VOID seeker worth it as NPC, is there any way to mitigate those awful traits? First time coming across him. His stats would be wonderful otherwise, and does he have any quests, if you can get past those traits?
Thanks for the tip. He has nice stats for something around the house or academy. The other guy, Braylock, is impossible to capture, maybe if I maxed my stats, but I doubt it. Think it's built into the game, dodges all melee.Just imprison him until deadly enemy goes away and he's a good NPC.
