That's different. Their church is at state = -1 and there are no bandits nearby. It is permanently disabled because the Church power went to zero or lower. There is a known issue now with the Church. This patch introduced the Abbey and the Abbey triggers this event which probably has no safeguards or minimum limit imposed to the Catholic Church so their power gets reduced to 0:

So that's what is going on. I have spent millions trying to keep the church afloat because I have girls in the abbey but I am done. I have spent far more than I'll ever make on that place.
I hope this gets patched or I'll have to go viking I guess but man that church school is clutch for me.

In my game it was the bandits who destroyed it, I always go check all maps to have locations and saw it was destroyed when I went there, so came back later killed all in that map and church popped up, question do you have to be a Church believer to send girls to the abbey?

What the hell had happen with "Storming the Carrozza"?

In my last run I take the Lawful disadvantage and I made the decision of not storming House Carozza till the 3rd republic was instaured. Ok, now Aria it´s in her 15 days leave, I assembly my Killer group, entered in the Carrozza hall and I can not either invest (as expected, lawful at all) or storm the place and burn it to the ground!!

It´s assaulting Carrozza only an option during the second Republic?

Yep gotta be a believer to get them into the school. I've spent so much money on the church it has me listed as the leader of the faction which came a major surprise to me!

You cannot invest, as you have the lawful trait. Assaulting seems to only be possible, if city control is 39 or lower. And I guess city control is too high in your case.

Yeah was doing some other stuff and saw church was abandon, killed the goons and it came back. I wanted ask who is best for janitor job? and how many people should i put there. Playing challenge mode, born from the ashes/dying world/grim..and Jesus It's a real challenge, prosperity and control down to 5, but i'll fix it, just getting rid some quests. caitlyn and mai lynn going over to get some shit..I mean dung Can't wait for next week dev updating npc debug, I hope he adds more points for skills and stats and he said mc will be there but got sugarcube codes so don't need mc just my slaves. do different enemies have different trait generation rates? (example, the 'PUNK' enemy being more like to have the addiction trait)

which traits can random npcs rarely generate with, and which traits are exclusive to unique npcs? the wiki sort of just lumps rare and unique traits together into a single section

Red Scorpion has this unique trait..forgot name, where when he loses a battle he has to stay with you till he dies. He had 400 points to his religion.....now he doesn't have it because I converted him.

Yeah be tier 4 patron has an npc debug menu. Send me save and i'll marry the one you want or if you want them all, you can even marry the 14 year old you find in temple with her little brother.

It's pretty easy to cheat just by changing an NPC's status to 10.

Punks (and other combat capture ID 0-1 enemies) have the most chances of getting Addiction, as far as I know, yes.

Random/non-scripted NPCs can get every traits in the Sexual Traits, General Traits, and Combat Traits section except:

• Nature Lover
• Quelled (unique to Prowlers only)
• Unbreakable
• Ammo Pack
• Berserker (unique to Aaron Kreuger only)
• Crackshot

Random NPCs can gain Dominant but they never start with it as far as I have observed. Not sure about Delicate too. I think Pacifist not appearing was fixed before already so it should appear on randoms.

And if you are buying them from Auctions, their backstory affects their starting traits. For example, a girl who grew up in the forest will tend to get Wild-born every time you reroll her traits.

I found that somehow, when you enable "Lawful" traits, you cannot interact with the Carroza's in ANY way (at least, in my case). That means you cannot interact, or even see with them on the map (including the attacking option).
If you really need to attack them, just erase the lawful traits with a save editor

As NoUseForAName3 stated, you can attack Carozza Hall at 39 control or lower. This information is also in the wiki for Carozza Hall. The Skyguard police, when they are at their best outlook and not just busy trying to keep Hamilton Square alive from bandit attacks, will not let a firefight near the Academy happen.

Because it the Pope it´s well known as the most corrupt one in all Ikaanos, would not be so rare that the church go down. In my run the church it´s healthy and well alive, with no big investments on my side
