Did npc named Truuls has any affect on some events or storyline?

He is a unique NPC and has fairly good combat stats, strength in particular, also with Brawler (IIRC) trait guaranteed.

No effect on any events or storylines, he doesn't have a character quest even, that I'm aware of.

I do always catch him because you know, gotta catch 'em all.

Does anyone know how many occult points you can normally get? Like, do you need to take occultist in character creation to reach the 75+ bracket for the achievement? The wiki's pretty sparse on occult/incantation info...

I did take the occultist character, but on the long run you get enough points by either following the storyline or collecting items or reading books.
I my opinion it is much more important to be an atheist, because the refill of willpower is much easier.

I don't sell the steel, I use it for my workshops.

There is a market system, where goods costs/sell for more if they are scarce.

We need durasteel processing, because every high tier weapon with tech points (forgot what's it called in workshop) need this item to manufacture.I have no problem with power cores because only plasma rifle needs it.it's understandable that in a post apocalyptic world some materials will be scarce.It's a common ingredients,but in short supply. Also it's expensive as a raw material. I have two fully upgraded workshop and tech points are accumulating over time,noway to spend it.I play in dying world,grimdark difficulty.

Slave trainer job was removed recently, replaced by the new Educator job.

Wiki hasn't been updated to reflect these changes yet.

So you'd just assign your wife to the Educator job and pick what you want her to train.

Is there a trigger to start the quest of Headkiller's chapter II? Apparently I've already killed them, since it's one of the first quests that I finish when I replay the game, but bringing them back to life serves no purpose, since I don't get the option to intimidate them. Maybe a trigger to reset the quest that sends me to hunt those guys in the first place would be useful for that?
