And I feel silly even asking this, but you are not just putting her in to do the daily fight and then taking her out, right? You're leaving her there over night?

Nah, she has been banished to the arena for a while now to deal with her bad behavior. I did manage to get the arena increase to proc after 11 refreshes, so I know now that it's not bugged. I guess her shitty arena performance is compensation for my amazing durasteel scavenging luck.

To quote the in-game help text:

"In order to generate Tech points, used for producing high-tech goods such as plasma rifles and power cores, your foreman's INT has to be 50 or greater. You'll also need the 'Complete mechanization' or higher tool upgrade."

Yes there is a way to edit it I know some dude did work out how to do it and posted how but can't remember if it was here or the discord
