I don't have the option to increase penis size at Doctor's Hall. Is it because I choose the trait at character selection and am already maxed out?

Aesir (Warrior Hall in Watery Eyes), the Catholics and Muslims all give you income that is dependent on their power value, which you can theoretically increase infinitely.
Aesir require you being Aesir to donate to them, but you don't lose everything by switching religions.
Aesir take slaves, Muslims take merchandise and Christians take food (and merchandise).

Is the Well Hung and mountain man trait the biggest penis and body you can get in the current version? Or is there something even bigger?
I could've sworn there was something in some changelog about a penis size even bigger than well-hung, but I can't find it or the option...

There is no easy command to re-add Arizona that I can think of. The one way you can attempt that is if there was no new NPC added after she escaped and you load the save file to saveedit, check Arizona's state, see if it still exists, change it to "state: 1". It might work, though I never tested it. Otherwise, you could attempt to rebuild Arizona in saveedit, take an existing random NPC, one-for-one replace her numbers and words with Arizona's numbers and words (except for the av number, e.g. here it is "av106", I would keep the existing random's av number and possibly actnpc number too). Or just load an older save file. I have no idea how people just do not reload if they do not want a successful attempt to be permanent.

Arizona is the only one that has had the "honor" of spending several days in the jail cell in my current game. She's too much of a pain otherwise, especially in her first week or so after capture.
So about a 100 days in and starting to get a feel for things.
Playing a expert scholar/novice businessman with normal points.
With brainy, crafter, well-hung, massive load and teen subduer.
Don't remember what I but the last 5 point into.
Got a decent run going I think, have 11 npcs at this point, could probably have had more if I'd captured more bandits.
However both Ansel and Bud have the sloppy trait.
And while it does not affect them currently as mostly followers, it's not a good one to have and I feel the need to rid them of it.
Also got a massive beast in Kasey's park, and control at 9.
Still feels like I'm early in the game so looking for tips if you care to share.

Well my tip would've been to take some mostly harmless nega-traits to earn extra points at character creation, but too late for that now.
Well, I'll probably do a new run at some point, missed the valkyria in my current for one.
So do enlighten me as to what neg traits are mostly harmless.

take the willpower one. If you complete one of the prowler quest, I think it refunds the willpower it took. So the nerf isn’t permanent.
Not weak willed but haunted.
As killatopak said, Haunted is basically free points,
Debt is just a -25 cash per day, so it's nearly free points,
Body Odor and Sex Addict are slightly bad together (unless you start as a master charmer/manipulator), but either one on their own is harmless enough.
If you're gonna go for something like a Mountain Man melee build, you might as well consider Near-Sighted, but it can be rough early on.
Personally I throw in Stim Allergy as well, but that one can be rough on Grimdark and/or Dying World settings. I just keep Wega Armor and the stamina implant level 3, and trust that I'm rarely the primary target for attacks.
Some people like taking Unlucky as well, but I'm not one of those people.

That's fine. Aside from Valkyria, who is time sensitive, and my 10 random workshop workers, my early game was just the NPCs I deemed necessary. I did not start expanding until I felt comfortable with my income, house upgrades, and food situation.
I could've sworn you couldn't take Stiff with Mountain Man,
But apparently it was only Weak-Boned that was restricted

before I go bonkers grinding my npcs out, is there a limit to the traits they can have?
npcs indicating they have vacant slots which implies there is a maximum capacity yet some npc like Stacey have a ridiculous amount of them. This is throwing me off.

AFAIK no, there is no limit to how many you can have.
The number of displayed slots is just from back in the olden days when you had fewer traits to choose from.
Not sure if they'll fit on the screen if you go absolutely bonkers, though, but they will all be active.

Is there any incest here? It's not in the tags, although logically, the very essence and setting of the game literally leave no chance for arguments against incest as such. But the developers, instead of making a gray window for modding or even making official separate modules for different fetishes, apparently decided to do the opposite and make life as difficult as possible for modders

My Felix has bratty and the only way to get rid of it is by sending him to the abbey or the arena. Both if which are female exclusive.
