If you have a patreon-version of the game you can simply use "NPC DEBUG" under the action-section, as far as i remember the "NPC DEBUG" is not inside of public versions of the game, but i could be mistaken.
If you don´t have a patreon-version you can go to "save game" --> "save to disk ..." to save a savefile to your harddrive.
You can upload that savefile then to this website:
You must be registered to see the links
Enable the search function in your browser by pressing CTRL + F (STRG + F) and enter the word or number you wanna search for.
Then you have to find the girls name first. Be careful if you have several girls with the same name that the surname is the correct one.

Then press the "download"-button on the website after you changed it. After that reload the downloaded savefile back into your game.

In your shrine, lecture anti-willpower. It gets rid of 5 emancipation every time you do it. You can also get rid of the Feminist and Advocate traits from you NPCs.
While others have pointed out how you can lower it, I say don't bother.
Emancipation doesn't go up by itself, it's caused by certain traits, and unless you get rid of those traits, it's gonna go back up again.
Start working towards getting rid of Feminist, Advocate, Pure and Vanilla traits as soon as you find them, I say.
Advocate however is a bitch to get rid of, so it's best to just lower their willpower sufficiently until you have millions of spare cash to buy the potions necessary to remove the trait.
As far as i understand it, when a girl has low willpower (below 9) and high affection (75+) for your MC, then the advocate-trait works to your advantage, because it helps with keeping the willpower of other girls low as well. Isn´t this correct?
Advocate is a pain and I agree with the rest as well. The first thing I do with an NPC is get rid of those traits, as well as malevolent, though that one is less critical. I spent one million earlier on getting rid of the Advocate trait and cant wait for the next update to get rid of the Dominant trait. I'm getting sick of having to lecture in the shrine every few days just to keep demoralization down. I cant stop until I get rid of the dominant traits though.
I made this mistake. Doing this gives your household high demoralization which will increase NPCs fear, which will lower their affection for you. So after getting them up to undying you will have to babysit their affection stat because it will still fall. However, it is true that high demoralization will lower other NPCs willpower so really it is whatever you think is best.

I am very grateful to your answer, because i have indeed affection-drops i can not really explain. I wouldn´t have thought that the "Advocate"-trait is the reason for this.
Yeah, I didnt think so either because I had never seen an NPC actually gain any fear form demoralization so I was really confused on what was happening as well. The random affection drops stopped once I got rid of demoralization. Personally, I try to maximize efficiency, corruption, and contentment and keep the rest of them at zero. Everything just seems to function better that way.
