Off the top of my head Lovisa is a virgin at start, Laika obviously, starting out underaged. Adrienne also for same reason, I think.

Dakota technically, but you can sleep with her on her birthday before she joins your house.

Other than that randoms and at least some scripted random NPCs *may* start out as virgins. Also any I may have forgotten, obivously.

You can creampie girls multiple times a day until they're full (10/10) to boost fertilization chances. Pregnancy speed can be adjusted from Options (next to save game).

Hmm I've collected Dakota, Laika, and Lovisa... but I dont know any Adrienne....

Is there a way to get her?

Is there a way to add the Engineer etc. Traits of MC through Cheat Console?


Upgrading the House felt like a pain if it has its daily limits.

Take her to your house, talk to her, she'll give you quest at some point.
You want everything in a couple of days without doing anything, right?

It's Michelle's character quest.

Get her affection up to a sufficient level and ask about her background and/or hopes and dreams.

A lot of unique characters have something there, not always a quest.

The characters need to not be too corrupted (don't remember exact number) and have above 0 willpower, however.

What is the ideal ratio of job in a tavern? 1 barkeep 1 performer 1 bouncer and 4 worker?

1 barkeeper because obviously you can't have more than that.

Then I just do 2-2-3 performer-bouncer-worker, maybe throw in a Goldwalker or two and mostly forget about the property.

The ideal ratio depends on the workers stats.

It's ideal is to keep Chaos to a minimum, and Performers add Chaos, so just have enough bouncers and workers with good enough stats to keep the Chaos at 0.

Either way it's not worth the monetary cost for a mere +3, not even close. Especially when you can get the same just by talking to them. By the time you even get access to the Orient, there are other, more effective means to get affection.

Also not useful for birthdays, which was my original intent.

It's not "either this or that"... it's all cumulative, you pile on top of all the other bonuses, you gonna say I'm out for you again but you really don't seem to grasp the core of the mechanics.

the game is meant to be played over the course of several years, progression is meant to be slow to reward dedicated and steady work, you cannot realistically expect to become Eddie Hall in a week of strength training in your backyard, and through that lens, I personally find the progression to be rather expedite.

Since you can become basically an Astartes and wipe clean the entirety of the game content and roll over everyone in a year or two.
