So basically making the i_patch without removing age restriction would make 0 negative impact.
The part: "If Patreon sees that, I might be in trouble" is made up. 1st - patreon employee monitoring f95? Yeah, right. 2nd - they have no right to punish the developer for 3rd party mods. They can't prosecute creators for random modder's activity on a random website. They can't hold game developers accountable for something they have no control over and and there is no way to prove otherwise. I browsed through patreon policies and nothing like that is mentioned there.

GD-studios, it goes without saying, no wonder you were unhappy when the person that made the i_patch also removed age restriction, it's something that shouldn't be tolerated. But as for i_patch itself, there's no way anyone get's in trouble with it. And it's how it always has been.

P.S.
I remember the good old days when Patreon didn't even care for incest. STS, DMD and DOD hand unhidden incest and were published on patreon, lmao. And the only real reason they started to care is that they don't want do anything with questionable stuff . And it's the same thing - they cannot be held accountable for mods made by random people on third-party websites.
Right? Actual slavery where you can beat girls unconscious while they hang from an anal hook after forcibly raping them is perfectly fine.
Same dude banging his willing of age daughter is where we draw the line!
There are tons of games on here and if Patreon was really cracking down on devs when people make third party I-patches we would all know about it.
Hell there are plenty of devs who make their own patches and post them them here. I love this game like the devs and appreciate how they engage with the community here but this is bullshit and I'm not gonna pretend it's not.

I get annoyed when people post things that should insult everyone's intelligence.

if the patch people are arguing about is fubuki's, that one does not violate rule 7 which specifically refers to prepubuscent characters, while that patch lowers the minimum age to 14/15.

i do think that the existence of these patches is kinda of moot tho imo, considering there is no dialogue that supports underage/incest content, and there are no underage render models. i don't know if daughters can even spawn as render models with available scenes, but it wouldn't surprise me if grim programmed them not to.

even if you change the age values, is still functionally a young adult at the very least when you fuck 'em. and there are no differences whatsoever between a scene with some girl and that same scene except you've patched the game to make her your daughter.

Enforcement of rules on such a large platform is always arbitrary, and usually only done when a complaint/report triggers action. And sometimes not even then. How do I know this? I'm on the dev team of the stalled-out Perverted Education, and we got hit by enforcement of the Patreon policy for both incest AND non-consent/coerced-acts. Turing the negotiations to remain on Patreon, they made it clear that no version that included such could exist anywhere, it didn't matter if it was a third party platform, or even posted by someone not-affiliated. Such a version existing at all would trigger expulsion from Patreon.

It's 'bullshit' to you because you don't see the policies universally enforced. It's very much not bullshit to those it's selectively enforced upon.

So how are you supposed to go above Loving exactly ? Any time I try to push past 80~ish affection I'm slapped down with a daily -5 until I'm right back where I started, I don't understand. This happens for everyone except guys and... Lovisa, for reasons I can't fathom.

Then I read getting to 116+ was supposed to stop most of the decay, so I tried setting it with the debug thing, but nope, still get that -5 every day until I'm back to the mid 70s.

Checked the wiki and nobody has any of the traits that could give me this big of a malus, I'm not being a dick to them either, fed properly, house fully built, stables, gazebo, all that shit but nada.

How is their fear level looking like? Fear reduces affection. How upgraded is your house? What's your Household Demoralization?

Okay, might have found the issue.

Since debug menu wasn't working I looked at the script post that's linked in the OP, figured if I used the command directly to set the affection stat maybe it'd work, it didn't. But then I tried to use that command in a new game... and it did actually work ! No drop off or anything even after skipping a few days whereas in my save it's literally every day.

Went back to my save and tried to use the entire block, thinking there might be something in there that could "correct" my issue, whatever it was, but no dice, was still getting the -5 per day. I looked at all the lines to see if there was anything weird and there's this:
SugarCube.State.active.variables.npc[fullstring].traitmind = 0

Doesn't seem to match any of the traits on any of my characters, so I figured I'd change it a bit. Turns out, at low values, it's what gives me the daily huge drop off. So I changed the block a bit to modify only that:

Code:
avstring = "av"
fullstring = "av1"
for (let i = 1; i <= 199; i++) {
  fullstring = avstring.concat(i)
  if (SugarCube.State.active.variables.npc[fullstring].sex === 0 && SugarCube.State.active.variables.npc[fullstring].state === 1 &&  SugarCube.State.active.variables.npc[fullstring].girlname != "Lovisa" )
  {
   SugarCube.State.active.variables.npc[fullstring].traitmind = 50
  }
}
Aaand no problem anymore.

Now, I have no idea how I even got that issue in the first place, only thing I recall cheating for in my save was giving myself enough cash to jump-start my dude on the investment things for a rich merchant type run, and the only bug I encountered was related to educators so far. I'm not even sure putting this at 50 isn't gonna break something else down the line, if anyone knows what it is I'd like to know so I can maybe put it at a more normal/intended value and be at ease, but until then, fuck it, it'll do.

So uh, yeah, maybe it can help someone else, idk, thanks for taking an interest peeps, cheers.

Wait for next patch.

Did you piss her off?

If not, the Book Store assignment would have always been available from the first talk in the Jobs & Titles page 1 ---> Book Store

View attachment 4580442

Increase her arousal beforehand. Bath. Start Seduction ---> Passionate.
I think so, I may said something that pissed her off. but then, there is no anyway to recover this situation? so the quest "Secret Garden Bookstore" is permanently locked to me?

Some words about the Lumber Mill.

Build it. Asap. Don´t delay it. It´s a cash cow. Ok, not Workshop level cash cow, but still the second best.

In previous versions it was not so clear, because the slaves were tied to the Mill, and slave work it´s a scarce commodity, and you will need slaves for Zapin fields, for the gold mine, for the rebellion and, if you are Aesir, for your church. But now that you can shift them to some degree, it´s a no brainer.

The investment it´s modest. 30.000 as a starting point it´s not a lot of money. Upgrading your workshops will cost you 10.000$-10.000$-25.000$-75.000$-200.000$. Upgrading your workshops (two) should be your economic priority, but you can argue that before the 200.000$ upgrade, or even before tackling the 75.000 upgrade you must invest in the Lumber Mill. In my current run I have opted for a middle ground. I have buy the lumber mill with one workshop upgraded to the 75.000$ point, put my very best workers on it and keep the other with a worst crew just at 25.000 for the moment.

You will need some guards. Half a dozen do the trick. Most probably at this point you would not have finished yet Ford Serra Quest, so you must send some of the girls you have captured from the band of Stoke Hills, or the random bandits. If hardly pressed, you can even send some low tier mercenaries that you don´t care about.

First thing first you must pay at least two upgrades to the living quarters, in order to prevent desertions. That´s another 24.000$. And the start pouring slaves not stop. Don´t rush to enhance the fields. Depending of how many slaves you have working the price of enhancing the fields varies. I´m not sure of what are the jumping numbers, with with very few slaves the first upgrade cost it´s 4.500$, with 20 (may be a bit early) goes down to 2250 and then, roughly at 40 slaves, down again to 1125$. At this point, upgrading the tree fields tree times will cost you roughly 30.000$

All in all the total cost of a state of the art Lumber Mill it´s, give or take, 30.000 ( Buying it) + 25.000 (upgrading the living quarters) + 30.000 (upgrading the fields) + 75.000 (75 slaves, you can send there the crappiest ones) for a total of 160.000$, and you must have upfront only 45.000 (buying the fields and upgrading the living quarters), the rest can be paid at your best pace.

And what you get from this? Well, roughly 4500 of timber per day. You can either sell the timber at 1$ apiece or use it for your own workshops (this timber would be valued at 3$). I advice not selling the timber at the start, but build a reserve of timber. Because latter on the game you will get the gold mine and the steel mine and you can transfer the Mill workers to them. When I have buy the gold mine I let the mill empty and have send all the workers to the gold mine, and I get 1.000.000 per week (until depleted), and later on the same will be done with the Steel Mine (less profitable but hey, it´s free!!)

Let´s compare then the Mill with the Walton Armory investment. 160.000$ for the Mill, 200.000 for Walton. Walton Armory yields 1.100 plus 650$+/- from the accountant & Mc admin (my admin it´s high at 86), + 350 From Becca or roughly 2.100$ per day. Roo Shop it´s 75000 (so half Mill ) and you get all in all 1000$. The lumber mill it´s twice as profitable as Walton Armory or Roo Shop (or more)

Sorry that happened but exceptions don't make a rule. The fact is that such cases are exceedingly rare and everybody knows it.
The proof is everywhere on this site and others.
Sometimes planes crash so we should ban planes right? Same logic.

Honestly I'm shocked this game hasn't been nailed for its other content. It offends all the delicate sensibilities of those twats at Patreon. It's a shit site.

1.If you go past midnight you can perform a search action in the scrap heap even if night should prevent that in theory.
2.If you buy a male armor you cannot equip a male commpagnon with. Maybe not if this is crafted, I didn't try.
3.There is no "Respect" section on the wiki, I think.
4.After a while the log at the end of a day just remind blank even if stats increase, I think it's probably due to my playstyle as I make them participate in a training session/fight/hunt and put them back to work as gardener/footman /etc.
5.If the prosperity of the city increase but the food market stay at zero (maybe there is a problem here) the price of the food still drop.
6.Regarding Mae (the girl of the Ansel quest) she was a rather obedient slut for her previous group but after she recruited it look quite hard to obtain anything from her.
7.There is in parallel two system for academy one for the MC the other for NPC, the first are only doable once each the other are repeatable (I didn't try them, just checked the wiki) it's a bit unfair, I guess everyone should have access to both the repeatable first and then if they want take the advanced (the MC ones). Or just the repatable seems fine to be honest maybe make the mc's ones repeatble aswell, another option could be to have the npc ones reserved to character under 25 and the MC's ones for older character.
8.A decent idea for investment could be to add a bank (idk if there is one already) as a perk mention this mechanic (the one that give you 5000 at the start and a daily income of 15) it would be great for those who doesn't want to bother with too many npc or for late game when all already purchased.
9.Also if you start with a "dying world" start you cannod buy tendstim as the grocerie store is abandoned, it look quite hard maybe the trick is to rotate with severals teams.
10.The last improvement for the shower the one one that transform it into a bath, make sometimes the pv drops even if it says they are restored but, I Don't think it's occure if the MC share a bath with someone.
11.Some alternative start options it would be great to have a family as a starting perk I mean Mother/Father/Sister/Brother (I guess another one than the one who we have inherited or maybe it could have been transmited by an uncle instead ( then maybe aunt/cousin can be a goods starters options aswell) and/or maybe step Mother/Father/etc (maybe one perk for each ones to have it cheaper or the opposite cheaper in a bulk) it would be great to have access to it even if non patreon by the way.
12.Also would be great to start under age 18 if you choose to.
13.Some new jobs for npc : fishing and hunting to get more food
14.Also related to fishing and hunting would be great if npc helped more when they are with MC by providing more income
15.A dexterity increase during hunt aswell as ranged attack doesn't seems too far fetched
16.Maybe add more than one gardener slot (I didn't try to have several garden in the yard so maybe it's irrelevant)
17.The assembly plant job for npc (maybe without malus ^^ or turn it down^^)
18.On the same note the ratio risk/reward in term of stats seems to tend a bit on the negative for the assembly plant, it was a good option for starting in the previous version of the game (legacy ones) but now it seems a bit too low in terms of reward, maybe if the pay scaled in fonction of stats, or if science stats (or x number of completed shift) made you eligible to promotion (probably that's already the case I didn't try a lot so IDK but the wiki doesn't mention it)

This is only suggestion aside fron some bugs I found, so I don't mind if you disagree with x or y points, keep up the good work.
