Taverns (you can pass earn over 1500 dollars each day), Caitlin's clinic (some 660 dollars a day), Toshi's Garden (little less than 1000 dollars a day)... Fort Sera(just hoard enslaved thugs there), standing with Republic (produce guns and swords and hoard it there), Church in Westside (give them merchandise, food, golden necklaces), etc...
Enslave Rebecca, do her quest, also hire an accountant. You can have over 10.000 dollars easily.
Here is my new playthrough (doing the SMR route now). I didn't even max biggest earners.

Your income from the tavern looks good. Please can I ask your strategy to getting that.

It's just Tavern Reputation mostly, which you can easily grind by Carousing in your tavern. With gambling turned on and without goldwalkers, you should be at around $1,600-1,700 per day at 1000 Reputation.

Why is the devotion of some NPCs sinking overnight? Is there a limit at how low it can go? I raised the devotion of an NPC to 100, but it keeps going down to 99 a couple of days later.

IIRC it can go up or down randomly at end of day, and a separate chance to increase devotion if your altar matches their religion and is open.

Sadly tho this is still chump change compared to factory work - and that's with a high level tavern that probably took many days to get there. At 10k a day - minus expenses you might be clearing 6-7k, that's still WEEKS for a single piece of hulk.

Compare that to 3 high level factories which can spit out 10k prod points each daily, 30k*say 5 pts/prod is 150k DAILY. It's not even close. I get that eventually the market will become saturated for most items and you wont keep this ROI, but let's be real, at that point money doesn't matter. I'm just starting to get to the point of saturated markets on my business playthrough...

and at that point you want for nothing, everything is upgraded, all the gear you could want.

Not trying to argue with your earlier advice - but it really does feel like factories are mandatory unless one loves to wait for days on end. There's a HUGE cash requirement jump from early-mid game where you're getting by selling slaves, hovering from 5k-90k, then you realize it's difficult to do stuff like the elite redhaven gang without hulks which'll be between 500k and 1.6M for the whole party retail. All in all im just ranting that things seem less open-ended than i thought when first starting played the game.

IMO the other profession routes need tweaking to be competitive mid late game - e.g...even if you have 10 or 15 high level professors with perfect academic/sciences/discipline, that's still a puny ~3000 a day. Sure, that perfect slave someone took weeks to train up to 90s/100s will sell for 50k, but in the same time workshops coulda netted a few mil.

This doesn't mean three workshops will earn you more money than three taverns... In fact you don't really need more than one workshop and one tavern. As for hulc parts, you can get the for free with doing quests. Capturing your enemies and selling them immediately can bring you up to 20.000 dollars a day. Nothing is really more profitable than this. Not to mention, you still grab the money, weapons, hulc parts (with legendary bounties).

Hi guys! How do we get this achievement? I already have:
1. Darkmere Mill
2. Zapin Field
3. Kahill Mine
4. Silfren Mine
All are in activity.
Or Am I mistake about the difference of "factory" and "facility" ??
Thank you!

The main advantage of taverns is that it's very passive. In fact once it's up and running at 1000 rep you really only need to assign a good barkeeper to keep it going.
So it's one NPC for an automatic $1600 a day, vs. eight NPCs (foreman and 7 workers) with high discipline, plus the cost of input goods, plus a full-day trip to Hamah Bay if you really want to maximize profits. Workshop still wins at purely making money, especially mid- or late-game, but it's a decent bit more effort to set up and keep up. Getting a tavern up early-game is a perfectly reasonable thing to do to get that early passive income while building up your power base

screw that in the time it takes to collect the rare drops you can just save up the 2.2 million!
Well, screw 2.200.000, if you don't have trained fighters. What you can buy with it? Hulc armors for them, plasma rifles, health implants. As you can see, you can get it without necessary earning 2.200.000 dollars.

I'm saying I've found the drops to be sufficiently rare it doesnt justify the wait time.
