I have finished my current run as an Aesir. Made all the avaliable quests for the catholic church (two are greyed) and my current status is 19?

If I make a run as a Catholic, can I go significatively further?
I'm not quite sure which two quests are greyed for you; you should be able to complete five of the main tasks (one requires you to be a high devotion Catholic), and all three investment opportunities. Beyond that, there's also a Crusade mini-quest for only Catholics for now.

That said, the Aesir are definitely the next religious faction in line for a rework, so maybe keep a copy of that save lying around; all faction standing with them is going to reset.

Do you have some advise to deal with new slaves with high level of escaping risk and affection to venimous?

My attempt to put them in jail and/or bondage to lower their willpower is interesting to say the least.. but i wonder what other solution are out there?

Another question about Kai. what to do with him? I think i m gonna try a full close combat team in a future new game.. but for now i'm not sure how to use him.

What you should do largely depends on *why* they're pissed off and trying to escape.

If they have the Secretive trait, dealing it immediately is the solution.

For others, taking people to the diner has a chance to increase affection and lower anger. Giving candy bars also may increase affection up to neutral-ish (IIRC)

Also obviously assign guards to lower escape chances, doesn't matter if they're a little pissed off at the end of the day if their escape chance is 0.

Another question about Kai. what to do with him? I think i m gonna try a full close combat team in a future new game.. but for now i'm not sure how to use him.
There's no one named Kai in the game, but I assume you're talking about the Cultist Monk whose name is a random asian name.

He's pretty good early game melee fighter, capturable on day 1 should you so choose.

I usually transition him into an Educator if he happens to get decent intelligence and/or traits, since his discipline should always be pretty good.

- get the eyeball implant from the Doctor's Hall.
- the worse city condition is (low prosperity/control) the less likely they attempt to escape. cuz apparently, living with MC is better.
- fear works best for NPC with high anger. ignore this, not recommended for beginners.

the obvious way is to build gazebo (and upgrade the pool) then hold a pool party everyday. better if you have NPC's with jester traits.

tho, i gotta say, i don't like raising affection too fast. prevents me from actual training (that does not include fucking). people seem to forget that this game started as a trainer, and completely ignore that part of the game.

Is there automatic way to raise affection in male slaves? Apart from salary.
I usually save scum until I get bloodthirsty in the hope it will raise affection by just doing combat.

I just dont want to get stuck with a high maintenance vital part of my combat team. Which is my worry.
The female slaves require enough attention as it is. And even if I did do maintenance, I have fewer conversation options to raise male slave affection.

Gazebo caps at Loving, dinners/party (dont have a cap I think). Keep in mind salary affection also caps at 80.
