how to build the News Office for nicole?? I've talked to nicole and I just cant build it, the option in Manage House doesn't appear during the daylight, but when it was night, It's says "too late", is it a bug?>

Are you clicking on an unbuilt room in your house? From there you should be able to build it if her relationship is amiable+
yeah man I've tried it, but it only show private room and library, i guess it's a bug then

Build it on the underground floor. The one where the dungeon and dorms are. It will show News Office or Jail Cell.
Once her relationship is Amiable+ you need to talk to her about hopes and dreams. It will set required variable for news office to appear when building.

Is Piper likely to get more development? I notice she doesn't have a background quest. If I had to pick a character who really grabs my imagination, it's definitely her. There's so much that seems to be going on under the surface, and she hides it all under her submissive manner. Right after acquiring her and bringing her home, she answers all questions in the submissive way, but she hasn't been broken down into a person who genuinely likes bondage and abuse.
The way she was introduced at Miss Devious's, I like thinking through what I could say to her upon bringing her back to the house for the first time. She showed relief at learning she was leaving Miss Devious's service, and I wanted to reassure her getting her home. Honestly, I wished there'd been a long quest-line related to Piper recovering and feeling safe again.

I'd just like to see Piper get a sexy maid uniform like Amelia, especially since she gets a lot of maid bonuses. (as far as I know those are the only two that do have them as a regular maid). One render.
You can "break" willful girls, yeah. There are several stats for that, affection, willpower, corruption, fear. Pretty extrensive BDSM elements.
The only taboo not broken here is incest, you can't screw your daughters. Not that you would want to, they are generic and have no unique art or dialogue. You could cheat or mod incest in with a lot of hassle, but it would not be worth it.
The mods for the game mostly smooth out the gameplay and add AI pics/animations.

Is she still a slave, unassigned as follower and have you talked to her to see about any new conversation options?
Off the top of my head issues that can occur with that quest.
She's servant and I don't use her as follower and yeah I checked all talk options.
As for Willpower it's 70 corruption 0
Once Aiko hits 70 in medicine she will take over educator job maybe that's what holding it back dunno.

It's on quest_cat=5 but I'm stuck at quest_cat=4 when I think she should talk to me after one or two days ( journal even says so ) but she doesn't.
Maybe morning BJ or Ellen with her morning talk bugged it or something dunno.
May wait some more days and if nothing changes will force it on 5 with console.
It's not her who need to talk, it's you. Talk to her when time is after 6:30 in the morning.
There are some conditions to fulfil but they look like "she's not busy and in a good mood".
If it still doesn't happen you can try to debug (I'm not going to reproduce it myself). Find

I'm on day 65 will try to talk to her in the morning and night and it if it won't trigger till day 70 I will skip it with console and read it in the file.
She's in the good mood "Amazing" but maybe because of that and her discipline (89) she always doing something in the house even when she's not assigned.
What I vaguely recall is she has to be a slave, not a servant.
That said, I cannot find any status check for her in the code, though it says "slave" throughout.
