For anyone else having this problem, downloading the "scenario" bug fix folder like other people have mentioned fixes it (as well as the to-do choices). Just replace your own scenario folder with it; felt like no one explicitly stated this so wanted to mention it if anyone else comes across the same problem.

Don't suppose u have the file for this fix, because the original link is dead for it.

Just checked and both Mega and Workupload links from the OP seem to be working fine for me. Gofile is borked though.
