search in second map not first, that's area look empty but you can click that area

You can only go there at night, so wait for the night to come and start clicking

Not if you follow the walkthrough exactly from the beginning.

Its not about walkthrough. Even HUD feels pretty bad, ıts not fast, basicly chapter 2 is not playable at least enjoyable.
