Many people has this bug. Me included. Guess there is no fix atm.
I ll try to start a new game, if the bug still there and will let u know then

If i find the compression on my harddrive i will reupload it tomorrow to other host .

Well I m kinda stuck where i was about to talk with Niclole in pier but the VA says that i need to talk with Laura,Emma and Natelie but i m kinda lost as i mostly see laura with alisia in sauna, emma alone and natelie

En la carpeta /game/ dentro de la carpeta del juego; como ves en mi foto estan los dos packs que pesan 2.9 y 4.8 gigas cada uno y el pack 3 que pesa solo 5kb porque es la imagen diciendote que necesitas el pack 3. En tu caso en esa carpeta estaran los 3 packs pesando 5kb porque son solo esas imagenes estaticas , ahi los reemplazas por los packs que has bajado.

In your situation that folder will have the 3 packs only weighting 5kb each since those are just thesee static images, yo will replace those by the downloaded packs.

Im on 0.36 too and i dont know what else to tell you. The /game/ folder should have previously 3 archives of about 5 kb each those are the ones you will replace with the ones you download. Did you unzip them before copy/paste?
The files you copy should be .rpa and have the same name as the small files already in the /game/ folder. Maybe upload a screenshot of what your /game/ folder looks like?

I downloaded the latest version game, but I don't have those 1-2-3 files around 5 kb there..so there will probably be a problem. Could you upload them to me?

This is what a fresh /game/ folder of v0.35 looks like after copying the v 0.36 patch.
You can see that the 3 archives are there so either you have deleted them yourself or you are looking in the wrong place.
