You are probably alright playing through chapter 3 with NTR off, though there is some bleed through in chap 3.
Chapter 4 and 5 are a sharing shitshow, regardless of whether you turn it off or not.

Fuck this sucks, I didn't sign up to play Alvin's life where I let other perverts get close to my mom and sisters. You spend hours getting invested only to have the exact opposite of the originally advertised fetish take over. Harem means creating a monopoly on the women around you.
