You are probably alright playing through chapter 3 with NTR off, though there is some bleed through in chap 3.
Chapter 4 and 5 are a sharing shitshow, regardless of whether you turn it off or not.

Fuck this sucks, I didn't sign up to play Alvin's life where I let other perverts get close to my mom and sisters. You spend hours getting invested only to have the exact opposite of the originally advertised fetish take over. Harem means creating a monopoly on the women around you. You are correct. They are just for viewing lewd scenes from previous chapters. Dev never made pack 4, don't know if he ever will.

In chapter 2, I missed some Alisia scenes (when she's in the living room)

I noticed it just recently (after having progressed the aunt's story). Now it's either the two of them or alisia alone but she tells me to go the aunt in the shower.

Is there a way to trigger her first scenes? I'm missing 2 points with her

Hmm, you can find 3 saves in the attached zip.
1-6 is made at the end of 0.18 content. (So before the church, but no other 0.19 content is done.)
2-1 is made at the end of 0.19 content. (After the church)
3-1 is made directly before Daisy's quest begins, so you've to talk to Natalie in Elena's kitchen to unlock the curch. All other 0.19 content is done in this save. (Auntie's and Alissa's visit and the Twin stuff)

After playing with variables with no results, this post actually helped me overcome that bug.
If bugfix doesn't work for you guys, use these saves instead of wasting your time on variables.
Good game, lots of content, but also lots of bugs and lag.

These are the stats in my last save of 0.22. I'm pretty sure I played it completely, but the save is from Feb. 2019, so feel free to tell me if you have more points with some character. If you have less, then stalk those characters and talk to them all the time. I remember the ending as buying the house and the start of ch3 as inviting the family to live there.
