Only need them if you want to see the lewd scenes for the previous chapters in your gallery. Since they are separate games, they don't automatically include the older sexy time.

NameError: name 'mlend' is not defined

I had the same error while i was making my gallery unlocker, you can install my unlocker and just use the script file for chapter 5 which will fix the issue and not unlock anything or unlock the whole thing if you want to


EDIT: I just remembered that my script changes the 'mlend' every time you load the game so that might cause issues if you plan on playing the game but it shouldn't affect the scenes so if you just want the gallery that should be fine but lmk if it isn't

Ch.3 Sophia NTR route. I've gotten the lingerie and waited a day but i cant talk to Sophia because "I must first resolve the issue with Alvin". I can't talk to Alvin either, it just says "I'll let him rest. And i still have to go and buy the present for Sophia..."

Am i missing something?

Hi guys, I recently started playing and realized chapter 2 has some massive lag when you get choices.
Haven't tried chapter 3 yet so no Idea how it is there.
Not sure if this has been adressed earlier so I thought I'll try to figure something out.
After checking the autosaves it seems like the game autosaves for every choice.
One method to "fix" this is to do the following:

1: Open up config.py with your preferred editor (notepad++ is nice)
Location: Maxslife-0.22-pc\renpy

2: Search for the value: autosave_on_choice

3: Change from True to False.
This makes it so that the game won't autosave when there's a choice.

4: If you still want some autosave just in case then search for the value: autosave_frequency

5: Change it to whatever amount of interactions you want before it autosaves. (in my case I went for 500)
Not a developer but from my understanding every 500 "enter" clicks should trigger an autosave. Haven't kept count, but the game did autosave from time to time.

This reduced the amount of lag a lot and there's no longer 5 seconds of delay for every choice. Made me a happy camper atleast.

Sir, after all these years, You are the reason i play this game again. (i got tired of ch2 lag)

I just want to give Kuggazer a standing ovation for this masterpiece. I've played the game/series since near the start, and it is the most epic and awesome thing in the history of porn, and only got better as it went along. I played the final update last night, and it was extremely satisfying, rewarding, appropriate, and of course hot and sexy, and was everything that I'd hoped it would be for years.

This is what doing it right looks like, and is the absolute gold standard for what I look for in this kind of material. Kudos, and thank you!

He is working on another game called How I Became a Hero with a group called Naughty Tales Studios. I've only played the original release, and its apparently been changed up since then. I'll eventually give it a look, but for a variety of reasons its not as appealing to me as Max always was.

Certainly, do you what you like. I'm unable to understand why that is such a big issue for so many posters here. I find consensual group sex to be really hot, and always have. I suppose there might be regional or cultural issues that I just don't get that influence the POV of some.

The epilogue to Max's Life was an amazing thing that I found to be hot and wonderful, and a terrific payoff for such an epic odyssey of the story. Max, the hero, brought everyone together to live happily ever after and share in things together. That's absolutely the kind of thing I want more of in my adult games. I see his actions to be highly admirable, and exactly those of the character that leads a story.

Well, I could say that I don't understand how you can find it interesting. We have different tastes, the point is not to understand them, but to respect each other's tastes.

Personally I find the other Dev's game, where the only guy who has sex with the LIs is the MC, to my liking, while this one, as it stands right now, is not at all to my liking. As I said, if the Dev finally decides to make the version he mentioned (without netorare, netorase, or generally other guys) I will try it again. In any case, I don't know if he will make it, and if he does, it will surely take a long time to finish it.
