chapter 1 is perfect as it already is. It would be nice if he improved the guidelines for chapter 3 just, it would be nice if they were a little clearer, sometimes I have to spend about 3 hours guessing what to do.
your wasting your time tell them that its been posted so many time that ch3 has a hint system where to find it and if that was the real issue they could have asked for help here and at least 1 person would have tried to help them but they didn't there just unhappy that the dev is working on redoing something they{the dev} didn't like in ch1 instead of more content for ch3

You are probably missing a minor thing earlier in the walkthrough. The easiest thing to do is go on the laptop in Max's room and check the hints for all the girls and see what it says.

Sure, a few individuals are impolite, demanding, and unappreciative of how much time and effort you have put into this game, but most of us are not like that. I guess what I am trying to say is that there are many, many people who do not take you for granted. Not all of us can afford to spend our money on Patreon, and perhaps our words of encouragement in this thread do not stand out very much, but please know that you have our continued gratitude and respect.
