u need to create new windows user and for it's name u must use only english letters. Maybe there are some other solutions, but i know only this one (sry for bad eng)

for some reason with chapter 1 on the 2nd day = tuesday, it skips the day 2 visit mom in her room time doesn't flow part of the walkthrough and for some reason the next day it skips day 3 and asks mike to go meet mei
