yeah, it'd be helpful if it had character cards that had a picture with a name and maybe a short bio. Way too many characters to keep track of.At least I'm not the only on.

At least in the later versions, there is a character card guide. I think you can find it under the replay tab. It's not perfect but it helps to remember who is who.

Never really looked there. Yeah, that would help. Would be better if you didn't have to hover over the photo to see the name.
hmm...perhaps there is another dependency before it's unlocked. I did it when during sunset timeframe and after the porno with Rita and the married couple. I also did Martha's quest first.
That's why for games like this I have a small open sheet with the names and some important facts related to them. It is the only way to know what is happening when an update arrives. I have already done this for several games that otherwise in the end I would not know which character does what

In the new update it says to talk to mom in the kitchen during the day, but when I do nothing happens. What am I doing wrong here?

this has been a bug since the ship stuff was added when you finish it you get pulled back to the ship he seems to have half fixed it

When you make a game in parts, you lose at least half of the players. I don't know anybody who really want a splilt game.
Also,
When you make a game in parts, every project (part) has its own versioning. You cannot make a part 1 up to version 0.3.0 and then call the first release of part 2 v0.3.1 or whatever. (There is nothing called 0.31, it is 0.3.1).
Doing it like this confuses people, it's not possible to figure out what to start with etc., also:
Also, you cannot carry over savegames (without issues). You have to start each game up again.
Why the freaking fuck even split the game in the first place? If it's because you're afraid of the size, either compress well enough to not provide much lower quality video/pictures. Or, use a proper game engine.
The game sounds interesting, but I don't want to nor have time to get four games which is essentially one game.
