I think you should get the last type of points for the first time from the egg insertion room. Note that you need to reduce their alertness to 0 (with facehugger) for the room to work.

Because it's a Japanese game. They are always censored unless we can somehow get an uncensored version (usually a special version for Western audience, or a hack the removes crudely applied censorship).

you don't even need to fill out the map to beat the game, after unlocking the last room upgrade you can just fast forward until day 35 with all the upgrades

No. It says something like "80 CGs, including their variations".

Unfortunately, for all who's wondering, they've built a system to toggle between censored and uncensored version, however all uncensored files were lost during game's compilation (or intentionally removed), so there is no way to load those CGs since they're not in the game
