Looking for a game where Pregnancy is actually meaningful/impactful on the game itself.
For example, pregnancy causes the Female Protagonist's breasts to grow, nipples to darken, ect, and for these effects to remain AFTER she has given birth. Basically, permanent body modification as a result of the pregnancy.
I've done Hazumi, and LonaRPG, but haven't found any other games of similar caliber in this regard.
