This is a sentiment that is not present in 99 percent of the adult game devs. Almost every game on this website is filled up with a million girls with no depth at all and zero character arcs. If devs focused on a limited number of girls instead of adding new girls every update, there would be a lot more finished games and the quality of the story writing might improve as well. Even the most novice and incompetent of the devs want to write a 600-page novel. One of the reasons why so many games get abandoned here. Even one of the most famous developers, Mr.Dots latest story Sunshine Love has seen lower ratings compared to his previous games in spite of great renders and good writing skills because he wants to write soap operas and introduced a million characters in his game while the audience only cares about 4-5 tops. Anyway, you should keep doing what you're doing because I am liking it a lot.

But hypothetically speaking, I've created this story with a lot of restrictions.
The restrictions were:
The renders of CH1 and CH2 (which were already done in the previous releases)
The first two scenes of CH3 (again the renders have been done beforehand)
The names of the characters (I added Sophie)
The main premise of "measuring of the cum", because it was in the title of the game
I still remember the first restriction we had. It was right at the start! Chapter 1 Scene 1; Marge wouldn't sit next to the MC in the living room with her tits out!
As sexy as this looks, it makes no fucking sense in the story and the characters, but we couldn't change that (it would take a lot of time to recreate the already completed scenes of CH1). So, I tried working around many of these inflexibilities to create the story. I still remember at the time a few people commenting on exactly that point and I couldn't agree with them more
So, if I created my own game, I would strike out most of these restrictions and create the full vision of the story
The characters would still be the same, but the scenes in CH1,2 and start of CH3, I would setup to suit the backstory.
And IMO that would make it an entirely new game.
Also, the backstories of Marge, MC, Sophie, the Doctor were all my creation. After the first two scenes of CH3 all scenes afterwards (including the CH4 you haven't seen yet) were directed by me. That means expressions, positions, props, etc. Of course there was input by Suzinak in terms of technical restrictions of Daz, but the setting of the scenes and characters was defined by me.
Just to have fun. Here's a snippet of my crude diagrams for CH3 and the scene setup:
The only thing that would be unethical to use is the character models. He's done a great job with them. These are entirely Suzinak's creations and I wouldn't try to use them even if people have already recreated her model in the FanArt thread.
That's why I keep wishing he returns with the passion to do this thing. There would be no pretty way to move forward without him.

If I would redesign that scene, I would make it much more descent. No nudity, no lewdness. And the lewdness would escalate later.

Agreed, I have known quite a few women including my own mother that happily walked around at home when alone with the family just in very short bathrobes especially during the summer, it is not that uncommon outside of prudistan and especially if have been doing so for years and years does not mean anything.
Now here in game that can be slightly different since Marge has been working hard on her body and MC is the only one she wants to notice, so it might well be a part of her change/what is going on with her personalities. Just a simple remark off MC though that she has done so since he was a little kid but notices more now how good she looks or that it is a new thing could give that some context without needing a big change.

If you were to recreate the game, I hope you'll use the characters how they looked at the start of the game. For some strange reason, later chapters show the mom having weird 'alien' eyes.
