well, I thought this was excellent! however it is not a game, it is a straight up VN with no choices. For me this is both good and bad. the good is, i dont miss anything and the bad is i dont have any control. But, how it is applied here totally works for me. the renders are fantastic, i cant wait until the other characters take on a more active role in the story, ;-). the animations are excellent as well. the story is pretty darn good, probably the only slight knock i would give to the whole thing. one example of this is, he keeps saying how conservative she is, but the first time we see her on the couch, before the 1st Dr. appt. her breasts are almost fully exposed. Anyway, 5 stars for me, cant wait for more.

In short it is MIND BLOWING

I would say it's one of the best game ever played.

Usually I don't write reviews, unless it creates an impact on me.

A worth playing game to get totally lost in the visual world.
As already said it would be an even extraordinary game if it have more characters and choice based, well it's still in chapter 3. Hope it changes later.
It's a must play game for incest fans.
A great game and definitely in my top 10.
Still it can improve in certain minor aspects but who cares.

Only thing i'd personally like, is g-sync compatability, that i've seen in a few RPY games. Only because this game was worthy of fullscreening, which i never do with VN's normally.

Story and dialogues
The story is unique and have lot of potential. the dialogues are not brain less and surprisingly are very realistic which is hard to find in an incest VN
although different plots in the story are rather predictable and when you see MC is trying to figure out things that are so obvious it makes him look like a fool.
Renders and animation
Both among the best you can find in any VN. The renders are satisfying to watch and animations have a lot of details. The zoom feature is Awsome!
Different environments like MC's room can use a bit more detail it felt empty. Some animations are not optimized for very old systems.
Music and sounds
Music used in this game are unique and I never heard them in any other VN and they keep the game from becoming boring
I haven't noticed any sound elements like sound of walking or opening a door different realistic sounds can be added to the game to help improve the game

This game is already becoming one of the best Incest VNs in this site and I hope dev can complete this game.
It deserves a five star but it can improve on different aspects.

The premise of this game seems so typical, so over-done.. another mom with another 18 year old son who needs some jacking off. But it's not that at all: this is one of the most technically impressive games from an animation standpoint, with great renders and a very deliberate, planned plot that is playing out fantastically.

The animations and renders are the highlight here.. I don't think I've ever seen something quite as impressive in this way. 144fps/4k animations, renders are fantastic, MC doesn't look like a loser.. really have no complaints. Even if this was just a slideshow it'd be worth seeing.

Plotwise at first I was kind of thinking that the game would run out of material very quickly.. but with the pace and quality delivered so far, perhaps there's more. You're a boy who has some condition which ultimately will result in your controlling mom wanting to help get you off for medical reasons. It's got to go somewhere else down the road, perhaps with other characters, otherwise it's quite limited, but this common type of plot is delivered with excellent writing and pace. In terms of the quantity of writing.. it is quite a lot. But it's high quality and the situational aspect of the sex scenes is excellent given the slow buildup. Also credit the game makers for also not going overboard with the sex scenes or how far they go early on.

As of where we stand in Ch.3 I'm eager for more chapters, if they can spin the core principle behind this game to some other themes or characters with the amazing animations and renders then they've really got something. But even if they stay in this box there's quite a few more chapter to go of great material too.

This game has the potential to become one of the top games in here( in terms of review-rating it already is), I greatly enjoyed this short but wonderful story.

Visually it's one of the best novels in here, there's nothing too impressive in the environment but the character models are beautiful.
What this novel really excel is animations, they are extremely detailed and smooth and full-bodied (they don't "focus" on a certain area to keep the animation easier to make), could be easily compared to BADIK which I feel like is the golden standard in erotic content today, it's really impressive when you consider that this novel has a much smaller budget than most of the top content in here.
A small complaint that facial expression can sometimes feel a little stiff during conversations, especially outside erotic scenes but I'll say that it slightly improves as the game goes on.

The writing is pretty good ,story is believable and relatively simple, we mainly see through our MC point of view that has a lot of inner monologues that help establish the character's past relationship with his "landlady".
I'll keep the main LI personality outside of this review because anything said could hint at the main plot.

Fetish wise it's currently evolving, plenty of dirty talk and some common uh... "porn scenarios" shall we say, it does have some femdom but nothing too crazy at the moment.

What I really think is quite unique to this game is that the Developers have a grounded plan ahead, there's no crazy amounts of worldbuilding or 30 LI introduced in the prologue that are still waiting in line to get some content. And I hope that will help this game evolve at an adequate pace in the future.

Started playing this game thinking it might be like one of those porn videos scripts with no substance & I am happy to be proven wrong, as of ch. 3 the story seems to be diving towards interesting events.
The renders & animations are of top notch there is literally no competition for these guys in this arena. Characters are absolute gorgeous & correlates beautifully with the story.
They deserve special kudos for creating a bloody fantastic character like Marge, those eyes of her could pierce through the toughest material created by mankind as well as can make any third leg go limp in minutes. She is the next Linda, period!

Just wow! this game is just awsome and this should get much more attention than this. I found the game by accident and this should be trending! The renders and animations are on par with BDIK imo (maybe even better) and BDIK is kinda like the bar. Loved the character models. The mom looks sooo good. Music could've been better but overall this is great. I've played my fair share of VN's and this is deffa one of the best out there. Hoping the dev won't give up on this cause it's a gem. i also liked the plot... and i WANT more. I've never supported a dev before but i would happily donate for this project if i wasn't broke but kudos to the dev and PLEASE keep this going!

This very good VN and it's an adaptation of a story of the same name on Literotica , Measuring My Cum by palacechief. The first chapter is anyway after that it changes and diverges into its own story.

The story is good, the renders are excellent as are the animations.

This game is just excellent in term of graphism and animation, I can't wait to see more girls. The story might be a bit simple and in my opinion a little quick but it's solid. And he has only 136 patrons right now, I know, it's cool to play those game free but support this developer if you want to continue to play to this really incredible new game.

I had a lot of expectations. The renders are great but the storytelling is so bland. The mum character doesn't feel as domineering as she's described by the MC. Instead of having the MC introduce the mum character by saying that she's controlling, there can be a scene that showcases how dominating she is. Show, don't tell.

Since this is a linear story, the MC can have some personality. In this current state, the MC feels like he exists for the player to throw their projection onto him. It'll work fine for choice based stories but for this one, the MC should have his own well-developed character.

Although this review might seem harsh, the dev(s) has a lot of potential. I wish nothing but best for them.

This story is INSANELY hot and the production values are through the roof. Lately I've been kind of bored with porn games, having gone on a spree over the past few months. This game knocked something loose, I tell you what.

The Main Interest is your "Landlady" (we all know what the really means) and she is not your typical porn lady. The hot/cold routine that she pulls on MC really revs my engine up for when the sex starts, its quite masterfully done.

Unfortunately this game is pretty short at the moment (Chapter 3 gets you ~1 hour) but the renders and animations are incredibly detailed and just plain hot. I'm not an expert on this stuff, but these 4k renders must take an insanely long time to produce. This is a great example of quality > quantity. Cannot wait to see more of this.

Oh, and Marge is fucking SMOKIN hot. Seriously, from her personality (which might rub some the wrong way at first but give it time) to her lingerie and her curvy figure... got damn.

This game is extraordinary in terms of render quality(4K) and animations with an amazing erotic storyline. Its been brilliantly written and embellished with high level art.

The way the story evolves and the adventure of the MC progresses is phenomenal. I would recommend everyone to become a patreon to support this game.

The only part I didn't savor was the foot fetish part and I felt that the breasts could be focused more but that is only a personal preference and should be taken with a pinch of salt.

It was fun to play, and basically read and watched, but I have to admit that the characters are beautiful and the plot is pretty cool.
However, I regret the lack of multithreading, I love the possibility of choosing the answer and that is what I missed here.
It seems to me that the whole story, unfortunately, will end quickly, which is a pity because if you slowed down the story a bit and add multithreading and other characters, the game would be rated 5/5 and so far 4/5: P

What can I say, this visual novel is excellent quality all around. The renders, animations and so far story is top notch. Also, the developer is active in the comment sections and responding positively to everyone's comments and suggestions. I've played all of these games and not once signed up to be a Patreon, but I feel this developer deserves it. He also stated the game will be updated on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. What more can you ask for.

The story is good at the moment, IMO does not really needs more active characters that may rob attention from the main char.
IMO only needs more filling and transitions renders, and it will be a memorable game.
