Perhaps I should ask this before. How similar is this to I think it was captain kitty or some of the other more established same 3 path games?

I'd say it has a lot more character/personality than Captain Kitty/Mitzyl/Insane Erotica alter egos.
About the story.
Is it better? Because fleshed out characters can be wasted/ruined.
And about "love" paths. I've seen some of the alter egos have skippable ntr even in the non-ntr paths. Any of that here?

Hmm... I'd say this is a very porn-logicy story. So far I wouldn't say there is anything deep about it. It's a family that all work at the same hospital and situations happen that you make decisions about as the player.

NTR is optional, if you play the love path you won’t see any. There is Netorare and netorase choices in this game also

In essence. Attention does appear inadequately divided. The main intention in the story looks clear.
I think the ntr loving community should be quite happy with this but I don't know that for sure. The vanilla community probably won't be happy with this but will want to see more of the milf so they'll be mixed.
I'm not going to ignore this just yet. But the hot doctor aside. I don't have much of a reason to look forward to the progression of this unless the story let's the mc workout and become an equal match to the 10 levels out of his league wife. And since I'm here for more vanilla porn, her guiding him to a harem wouldn't hurt.
To me it seems ntr-logicy. The Mc's wife is about hot enough to be 10 leagues above him or for ntr to make a lot of sense. Some story lines are not fleshed out enough to certainly say nothing happened or was not meant to happen. The patient who would've looked for the wife's node nudes comes early and prompts a "scenes if you showed the wife's pictures earlier."

Many people in the poll on Patroen liked the idea of "Eva's student days" in her youth. I'm thinking about this idea not as a comic, but perhaps as a separate game similar in setting to Call of Success. The main character will be Eva herself or someone else, I haven't decided yet and I need to develop the main story, so for now the focus will be on version 0.5.
i'd prefer if you finish the main game before doing any other games because this game is really good one
